   Food was good, came out wrong, service started slow but ended up better once food got to us. Usually always great experience but this time was a little sub bar. Won’t stop me from returning.

   This is the first time we were disappointed. Salas were great. Sirloin not so much. Very tough. Hard to eat. But this was a veteran’s meal so complaining is not appropriate. We appreciate you invited us

   Absolutely terrible! Made a reservation for a booth and didn’t have one available when we arrived, so had to wait and made us feel bad about it. Almost got stabbed with a steak knife, food was thrown on the table, took forever to get drinks, food was gross. Just awful experience, would not recommend. And this has happened more than once, and will not ever go back.

   It was very busy on Mother’s Day and the staff went out of their way to help us meet a tight schedule. Food and service was excellent.

   We come here all the time. Even though this is the first time we had issues the manager took care of everything!

   All of the staff were extremely friendly right from the start. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. I decided to do the 3 course meal. I started with the tomato bisque which absolutely delicious. For my entree, I chose the sirloin cooked rare. It was cooked perfectly; however, I felt it had little flavor to it. I added shrimp to the order and they were delicious. It came with parmesan mashed potatoes and brocoli which were ok. Overall I was unimpressed with the main course as was my husband who ordered the prime rib and mashed potatoes. My last course was the creme Brule cheesecake and it was delicious. I can't say I'd come back, as it was rather pricey and despite the great staff, the wood just wasn't as amazing as it looked online.

   Excellent dining experience! Even @ the 11th hour, when most staff…just want to get out of there! Exceptional service and delicious food- must try the deviled eggs appetizer! We were one of the last patrons in the restaurant and Trevor treated our party as if we could stay all night! Never rushed us and was very attentive from the status of our drinks (offering additional cocktails that would certainly add at least another 30 minutes of table time) down to our pace of food consumption,- offering to box up leftovers as we slowed down. Spot on with a surprise dessert for our special occasion! Keep up the great service Firebirds!!

   We’ve been to Firebirds man times. We always enjoy our experience. The food was good and the price is ok. The atmosphere is great and the drinks were very good. I’m overly critical of places and we will plan to go back. It didn’t receive the highest rating as I felt the drink prices were a little high, bring down the overall value. With that being said, we look forward to our next trip to FB’s

    Food was good. Host and service awful. The host refuses to look up. He just stands there in his own world. Our server clearly had no interest in working. We literally had to flag him down to get any attention.
