    We love this place!! Try the lobster queso, it’s always fantastic. The NY Strip special was wonderful as well. Service was excellent

    My service lacked luster. We were not offered bread, no offers of refill, long wait times for my entrees. When we arrived for our reservation we were told that they needed to clean the tables. The area that we were placed in was filled with dirty dishes where their version of cleaning up a table at a minimum of 10 seats was to place all of the dirty dishes on a smaller table. I'm disappointed because I really liked the restaurant but this is the second time where I was just not happy. I don't believe that I will go back.

    Firebirds has really gone down. I used to really enjoy them however my last few experiences have been less than appealing. Food was not prepared as ordered. Our server acted as if we were a bother. The manager comped some of our food but I would have preferred to have my food right. Won’t be going back for a while. Maybe they need some time to reset.

    4 of the 6 dishes came out incorrectly. The food came out in parts not full meals and most of it was not the correct temperature.

    We reserved last-minute seating for seven at our daughter’s college graduation dinner. The staff, food, and service exceeded our expectations. The manager even presented a celebration dessert plate to the graduate. Well done!

    No one served us. We waited over 20 minutes and no one paid any attention to us. We walked out and told the concierge we will never eat at your restaurant again.

    From the moment our party of 7 showed up we were greated at the front and everyone was so pleasant!! The server was excellent and kept us taken care of. We tipped generously. Bless her heart she came back to the table to hug my neck. She was worried about Christmas! Appetizers were egg rolls and onion rings, delicious! We had several dishes and everyone said it was great. Steak bowl, burger, new York strip, ribeye, prime rib and shrimp and grits from the bruch menu!! Excellent and wow the creme Brule cheesecake cake wonderful and the banana Foster French toast, I think it was. Great experience from beginning to end!!!
