   Biggest problem that we had was the noise totally too noisy. I left with a headache. I couldn’t hear my wife. We were just not happy with this. I had a burger and fries. The fries were like warm. The burger did have good taste and cooked as I ordered. We had to ask for bread, they don’t make the offer. We were told you must ask. My wife’s meal was almost okay. The salad had far too much brown lettuce. She didn’t like the mashed potatoes, saying they tasted like out of a box. Her steak was done as she asked but they put a dressing on it that was not to her liking. Sorry but we won’t return

   Went for lunch with girlfriends and had a great time! Wasn’t rushed when we wanted to stay and chat, and the hot honey chicken sandwich is so delicious!

   My husband had the prime rib and I had the salmon. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a card that the entire staff personally signed That was so nice. This was our first time here and we plan to return. It was a wonderful experience 😀 We highly recommend it.👍

   Three of us had the rib-eye steak and all loved it. The baked potato was terrific as well. Service by Lindsay was just perfect. Only the one who had prime ribs was a bit disappointed. Overall a great dinner.

   This is our second visit to Firebirds. We have had incredible service and the food has been delectable. Our server tonight was amazing. He was attentive and very friendly. He made sure everything was perfect for our evening out. I had one of their signature drinks tonight and it was very delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit in the very near future.

   We were seated promptly. The music was lowered from our last visit but the warehouse vibe makes for very noisy conversation throughout the entire restaurant. One filet was overdone and the waiter did not come back until after we decided to just eat it. For $36-$39 a plate you get a steak and one tiny side. The filet came with 9 stalks of asparagus and my loaded potato was the size of an 8 year old's fist.

   Second time back in 2 weeks. Food is good tho often not hot enough when served. Portions are large. Dining room is loud and tables are close together.

   The house Chardonnay was good but our experience went downhill from there. They never brought out my salad until I said something after my meal was served. My steak was ordered medium rare and it came well done. My mash potatoes were cold and barely edible. This was our second time dining here and came back because it was good the first time, but will probably not be rushing back with all the other dining options in the area.
