Lovely waiting staff, and great food. Wine very reasonably priced. We had our dog with us and they made us feel very welcome.

Lovely food but a little pricey. Nice service. It was very quiet on Thursday lunchtime which meant there little ambience. It’s a beautiful hotel and I will definitely return.

Beautiful, dark bohemian bar with a very chilled relaxing vibe. £18 for cocktails which is not unusual for swanky London bars but with huge lumps of ice which means the actual volume of alcohol/liquid is a thimble full which was disappointing. Restaurant was very quiet for our 6pm reservation but it did pick up and become more lively. Food was gorgeous and good portions. Vegetable sides were amazing and we were very impressed overall with the food. Our server was very friendly and helpful but bizarrely after main course and giving us dessert menu she disappeared and never came back to take our order although we could see her rushing around as were all the other servers who looked stressed. We couldn't get the attention of any other servers so after 30 minutes we decided to leave without dessert or coffees. It does appear that they do not have enough staff once the restaurant fills up.
