   Came in to have dinner with friends on Sunday night. We were seated immediately even though we were earlier than our reservation. They were also able to accommodate our request to sit outside instead of in. Jae (Cronk) was our server again this night. He is amazing as always. He made us laugh and was on top of anything we needed. Every time we have him as our server there is never a dull moment and we always have a great night. The shrimp and grits were delicious with the right amount of spice. The oxtail fell of the bone and was super tender. The burger looked good but the bottom bun was soggy and the burger completely fell apart. That was the only bad thing but it was still edible.

   If you are looking for delicious soul food, a comfortable atmosphere as well as kind and courteous staff, Fixins is your place! I have never had a bad experience and the food is flavorful, delicious and satisfying. We always order too much and have to take home our leftovers, but it is just as good the next day.    Food was great, service was great. It started to get busy towards the mid/end of our visit and it took a while to check out but they were all so gracious and we just enjoyed each others company. I’m ready to explore some more of the menu but that fish has me in a chokehold! Until next time.

    Food was great as usual. But their bathrooms were broken . Couldn’t find the alternate bathroom they had. But food is always good
