    At Flames Brazilian Steakhouse we are proud to serve the authentic Brazilian "Churrasco" where different tender cuts meat seasoned and roasted to perfection are brought to you, one at at time, by our Gauchos in large vertical skewers. When experiencing the Full Rodizio, showtime starts when you flip your token to the green side, indicating you are ready for the surprise. Our Gauchos will bring a wide variety of beef, pork, chicken, turkey and lamb to your table and slice them to your liking. They definitely serve instant mashed potatoes. They didn’t have 12 meats in rotation like they advertised. We were dying of thirst and had full plates of food before our drinks arrived. We saw the sever twice the entire night and couldn’t find him anywhere. I don’t think anyone ate $60 worth of food. There are much nicer places in Belmar where you can get a better meal for $60/person and better service.

Polite, friendly and attentive. Without being intrusive. Food was mediocre at best. Most beef cuts were tough and all the meat skewers were exceptionally salty. Ribs and bottom sirloin were probably the best of the bunch. The deserts and grillled pineapple were all good. There are better horizons to go to. Feel bad it is a mostly negative review as the service was great

Having the meat come around to you is a fun experience. The salad bar also delighted us! Don’t forget to grab a small cup to put the chimichurri sauce and the horseradish dip in for your meat!

Salad bar food super salty. Salad bar signs hard to read. Salad bar not replenished or kept neat enough.If you do not eat meat or fish, not worth going. For meat eaters it’s a bargain especially if you go Monday-Thursday.

Absolutely gorgeous buffet bar in addition to perfectly cooked meats.
