   We had a very good lunch at the Lazeaway Club on Valentines day. My wife had the salmon and I had the steak. My only disappointment was that the menu we were given did not match the one online and I had been expecting to order the short rib dish which wasn't available. We definitely will be returning there to see what there other offerings taste like.

   Food is always so-so. Ambiance is sort of diner Dennys-like. Server was great. Slow bar.

   The food and drinks were soooo much better than expected! I loved all the fusions and flavors. I would have given more stars for service but the hostess seemed irritated she had to seat us even though there were only two tables of people on a Tuesday and we had reservations. Our server was excellent though. I think this will be a regular spot for us now!

   The reservation was honored, the seating was comfortable and the dining room is well appointed. The menu is limited. One guest ordered Loco Moco and was disappointed. He was unable to finish eating the dish. Another guest ordered an omelet. Unfortunately, the omelet order did not include toast or potatoes.

   I booked a staycation at the Flamingo and dinner with one of my friends who lives in the area. Dinner was delicious. The food is really good. Service was fantastic. It was nice and quiet so we were able to chat and catch up. I had the steak and potatoes, my friend had the pork confit and magic mushrooms to share.

   We were hope a delicious breakfast poolside with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We did get the ambiance we wanted but the food was a major letdown. There were six people in our party and we all felt the same way. Two of us orders avocado toast and instead of avocado slices or mash, it was a weird spread that was sour and upset both of our stomachs. The breakfast potatoes seemed reheated. The loco moco certainly wasn’t athentic and instead of a gravy it had a sweet and sour type sauce. The baked eggs were enjoyable and the coffee was good.though. Our waitress knew we were unhappy with our food but didn’t offer to rectify the problem in the slightest. She was pretty much non existent on top of it all. We would probably go back for cocktails since the outdoor area was lovely but definitely not for the food.

   A unexpected gem. We happened to find the Flamino Lazeaway Club and ate here based on the the ambiance as we were looking for something fun to do. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and our server had such a fun personality. Will definitely be returning.

   What great fun. Good corner table, eclectic menu that produced a challenge to choose and Taryn provided exceptional service. Lively Friday night crowd but not rushed to leave after dinner. We’ll be back.
