   We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing. The bartender Brian made her experience better than ever. We will definitely be coming back because of him. Great ambience, great atmosphere great people! Definitely a five star by LANCE and Jenn.

   Pretty cool place. Was a bit chaotic when trying to get seated. There was no one at the hosts table and it took about 25 minutes from walking in the door until we even got out drinks. But from there on everything was great. Super amazing food!

   The Hostesses at the entrance of the Flankers restaurant were unprofessional. They were more concerned about flirting with guests and gossiping amongst each other rather than seating people as quickly and professionally as possible. Our reservation was for the Hidden Boot Saloon, and when we were finally taken back, we were met with a very chaotic and unorganized seating process. After being seated, our waitress grabbed us drinks, but then did not follow up with us for over 20 minutes. Folks that were seated after us were given service before us. We try to give service workers as much grace as possible because we know the job is hard, but it wasn’t a busy night and we weren’t sure why we weren’t being acknowledged or checked in with for so long. When she made her way back to us after 25 minutes , we just asked for the check to pay for our 2 drinks. It took an additional 20 minutes for her to charge our card and return it. Even then there was no effort to check in on our experience or apologize for the long wait. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced for the quality of service you receive.

   The food was ok - but quite high priced. Food came out quickly, but after that we felt pretty ignored by service.

   If you want to use a bunch of money on just hamburgers and drinks that aren't that incredible this would be the place to go. The environment was nice The wait staff seems to lack a little enthusiasm to enhance the experience of the guest. I would have gave it one star but I gave it two because the overall atmosphere was the only thing that kept it alive

   They don’t fulfill the requests. We made a reservation in advance and asked for comfortable chairs and a place near the TV, but they placed us in a far room with uncomfortable chairs and a small screen. It took them 40 minutes to attend to us. They didn’t bring cutlery or napkins, and 40 minutes later, they only brought us 2 glasses of water. The manager told us he would send the waiters when he saw that we were leaving. The waitress only asked us once if we needed anything, and the only time she seemed attentive to us was when she came to charge us and ask about her tips. The food is good. They don’t have everything from the menu. They make you wait a long time. The place is nice, but these issues ruin it. No cumplen con las peticiones. Reservamos con tiempo y solicitamos sillas cómodas y un lugar cerca de la tele , nos pusieron en un cuarto lejano con sillas incómodas y una pantalla pequeña .. Tardaron 40 min para atendernos . No trajeron cubiertos , servilletas y 40 min después solo nos traen 2 vasos de agua. El hombre encargado nos dijo que mandaría a los meseros cuando vio que nos estábamos llendo. La mesera solo nos preguntó 1 vez si necesitábamos algo y la única vez que la vimos atenta de nosotros solo fue para cobrar y preguntar por sus tips. La comida es buena No tienen todo lo de la carta Te dejan mucho tiempo esperando El lugar es bonito pero estas cosas lo arruinan.

   We had a 5:45 reservation and we’re seated shortly after that. Kind of in a hurry for a concert at seven. Took forever to get drink orders. Two of the four food orders came out after about 30 minutes. Finally we had to find our server and ask where the other two meals were. By now it’s almost 7:20 and we’re late for our 7 o’clock concert.  the server, took him off our bill and just as we were leaving, the other two food orders came out. They were nice enough to put them in a box and let us take them with us. On the way to the concert we found out that the orders were wrong. Don’t think we’ll be going back.

    The atmosphere is more of what you pay for. It was really pretty and captivating with the lights and Christmas theme, but the food was subpar and extremely overpriced for the quality. I got the slider and fries, and while the fries were good and crispy, the sliders tasted old and stale. The patty was very dry. I only ate it to justify spending $18 for something so subpar. I didn't like that they overpriced everything on the menu. The ambience was the best thing, but that's about it.
