Under staffed. The staff tried but I’d leave this place alone unless your staying at the hotel or just going for a drink. Maybe it’ll get better as the next semester gets going. Staff needs help.

Easy location to visit while staying at the hotel, food was good. Wish they had their own drink menu and staffing was lacking. We felt bad for the bar tender who also was host, waiter, busser, etc. Hoping they get more staff.

Terrible experience !!! They were out of staff , only one waitress to serve indoor , outdoor and the bar. When finally we seated she gave the menu and listed 2 or 3 items out of the kitchen. We decided to leave . The menu didn’t have good options . We’ll not come back.

Went for Mother’s Day. The restaurant was convenient to where we were coming from and they didn’t need to turn our table over so our party of 6 had a relaxing meal. The service team was busy and worked hard and were fairly attentive. The grill was open for custom orders of waffles and eggs. The staff of one and then briefly two chefs were kept extremely busy but worked calmly, efficiently and dealt well the pressure of orders. The food was fine- nothing special. It was buffet style and for $40 pp could have have a few more options.

One server who was the bartender and running around. Only one person in the kitchen. We had to go get our drinks at the bar then wait. Food was cold when it got to us. The server already told us to be patient as she is alone. She did what she could. For such a large scale hotel, you’d think they’d have it more smoother.

We had reservations set for Valentine’s Day and when we arrive, they said they only had salad and burger options for dinner. The host seemed embarrassed to hand us the menu and asked if we wanted to stay. No one was there, it seemed as if they were short staff and not expecting a valentines crowd. They failed to call to give us to a heads up that they were not fully operating dinner on valentines….

The website showed an extensive menu with a variety of options. When we got there, the menu we had to choose from was extremely limited. It included 2-3 starters, 2 different salads and a couple of sandwiches. This was very disappointing. The service, however, was excellent. The waitress made our dining experience, pleasant.

We just got finished driving from New York and our server was so accommodating and so nice. She asked us if we were okay and got us our order quickly because she knew we were exausted. The food was fresh and very good. Very welcoming after a long journey.
