   Went to J. Alexander's across the street for drinks and salads before on Valentine's day. Wonderful service and great food. Then came to Fleming's. Been here multiple times. Not sure what's happened here. 9:30p reservation. Dining room not packed at all. Ordered alcoholic drinks which took around 15 minutes to come out. Ordered food and they told us they ran our of mashed potatoes and the cheddar mac & cheese as the side, then we saw a table next to us get delivered a side of mashed potatoes...guess those were the last spuds...Didn't get our food until 10:30p. Wife ordered lobster tail and I got steak. The plates were extremely hot, but both the lobster and steak were room temp, which meant it probably sat in the back and then got plated later. Had to send it back to get warmed up. Neighboring tables extremely loud - it's Valentine's day, right, you expect a nice romantic environment. Felt like Bar Louie on a Friday night. No manager or staff intervened. A nice couple next to us also were frustrated by the environment as the young man got down on one knee and proposed to his lady. I am sure not his ideal night he envisioned. Just weird. When you drop $280 on a dinner you expect a certain level of service, which we got delivered...across the street at J. Alexander's. Not sure we will be back and risk a disappointing evening for a special event.

   Great steak! Had the Dry Aged Ribeye cooked medium. For sides I had the roasted sweet potatoes & smoked mac and cheese - wasn’t too fond of the sides. The gooey chocolate brownie cake was amazing 😩. Overall I’d dine here again.

   Fleming's continues to be a go-to steakhouse with great seafood and appetizers, a full bar and a good wine list. The interior is a dimly lit, cozy steakhouse. The French Onion soup is excellent. The Beef Carpaccio mustard sauce is light and tasty; the Colossal Jumbo shrimp are large and fresh. Ask them to warm up the frosted Carrot Cake, makes it even better! Service at the bar is very good.

   We ordered 2 8oz filets. One with stuffed shrimp. Had a Caesar salad. Two shareable sides: mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Dessert was banana foster. My husbands steak was seared on the outside too much- black and crunchy. Inside was cooked well. Brussel sprouts were overcooked and bland. Shrimp was overcooked and rubbery- almost like previously frozen shrimp cooked at frozen. Banana foster was overcooked. Mashed potatoes were the best part of the dinner. Server was attentive and very nice. Table next to us had a large party and had definitely over drank and it was extremely loud and we could not hear each other talk. We don’t get to go out often as we have small children so to spend $200 on a nice dinner with mediocre food and a loud environment wasn’t what we were expecting.

   The meal and service overall was excellent. Unfortunately there was a mixup on whose meals go to whom, something an upscale restaurant should be very competent doing. In the confusion it appeared that 2 steaks that were 8 and 11 ounces in size by order appeared to be the same size. When replaced it appeared that the larger steak went to the person who preferred the smaller steak. The resolution was to comp one meal and give free dessert, which was nice but not necessary nor requested. It was likely a new employee (s) and we would return despite this. If it were to happens again we would not return.

   Did not have NY Strip in stock. Had the filet which was under temp so had to send back for more time. Friendly bar service.

   We are locals and have eaten at this location several times. The quality has decreased over the years. I suspect they get a good deal of traffic from the Marriott since it's attached. The lobster bisque wasn't hot, it was pre-fab and lacking sherry. The salad was fine but those are hard to ruin. The lobster mac & cheese was too smokey. I had four bites of my husband's filet and I can make it better in my iron skillet. The chocolate lava cake was hot and delicious. The standout of the evening was our waiter, David. He was attentive, funny, and did a great job!

    We went there to celebrate my birthday. Everything was perfect. Our steaks were perfect, sides were great, the crabs legs were amazing, and the dessert was fabulous. We would definitely return!
