   Capital Grill is so very much better for the same price point. The filet was not tender as it should be. Their medium rare is medium temperature. Second glass of wine ordered in a timely fashion arrived after dinner was eaten. We will not return here.

   It has been a while since dining at a Fleming’s, and our first visit at the UTC location. The food was excellent, my husband’s steak came out on the medium to medium well side instead of medium rare, but they made it right and brought out a new one cooked perfectly. I had the tuna and it was delicious. John, our server, was fantastic! We had an enjoyable experience and will be back soon.

   My experience was not good. Too much staff running around. Noise level made it difficult to hold a conversation. My entre was overcooked and overpriced. Sides are overpriced. I do not plan to return

   Special birthday dinner with Vladimir as our excellent service and personable Mo as his assistant. We enjoyed 3 Sea Bass entrees and a Lobster tail entree. Excellent!!! Thanks for a special experience with good friends!!

   We celebrated our anniversary at Flemings and felt they went beyond expectations to make it special. First & foremost the service was extraordinary! Rachel, and EVERYONE we encountered, really made our experience special! Hubby’s steak was done perfectly as was my very tasty sea bass. All the complementary dishes, asparagus, Fleming’s potatoes, shared Fleming’s salad, delicious bread spreads and cocktails were notably delectable.

   Our server, Connor, was nothing short of amazing. Knowledgeable about wines and the entire menu, his attention to detail and Customer Service showed his extensive training and innate ‘perfect server’ attitude. Always there or around when you needed him, never intrusive. When we had an issue with the order, he was there, offered a fix and more than took care of us in a wonderfully professional way. We’ve eaten around the world both for pleasure and business - at at top end venues - and his rating from us would be amongst the best we’ve had. Worldwide.    One of the top two restaurants in either Sarasota or Manatee County — period. One of the best managed restaurants with some of the best chefs I run across. You can’t go wrong easy choice.

    It was a great meal at a newly redesigned high end steakhouse. The food was excellent. But you could tell that after 3 months since opening, the staff was still running in circles at times. As compared to another Flemings this restaurant was bright and cherry. It looked happy and we had a great time. We will definitely go back soon.
