   Since moving to the new “flagship” location, Fleming’s continues to decline in service. A dining experience is only valuable if the service AND food qualities match the price. Our server, Katherine (Kate), was downright unprofessional in the way she spoke to my husband after she denied his order, claiming Fleming’s has never allowed customers to order something he gets every time we dine at this and other Fleming’s locations. The manger knew there was an issue, but never came to the table. The waitress avoided our table for the remainder of the evening. My steak was not hot, nor was the plate on which it was served. We are disappointed as this used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

   Our experience is always great, this time we decided to do the Social Hour and try out the Bar Menu, let me tell you it didn't disappoint. I think my favorite is the Shrimp and Grits, the burgers are so delicious and the Creme Brulee, our group was 4 and we all loved the food. We have been going to Flemings for many years, we just celebrated our 13 yr anniversary and they treated us so special. We will go again; this time I will order a Shrimp & Grits for myself because I am not sharing. lol

   Phenomenal experience, Rodney did a great job and provided excellent customer service. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend, food was great as well. I ordered the tomahawk which was cook to perfection.
