   My husband and I went here for the first time! Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The concept is amazing, especially if there’s several wonderful choices that are hard to choose between. We shared a beef Wellington appetizer that was so good! Then for entree My husband and I both got the steak flight, which included a wagyu strip, a Boursin stuffed filet and elk tenderloin. We also split a small plate of wild boar. Everything was amazing but the wagyu with zucchini and chimichurri sauce was PHENOMENAL! Then a flight of key lime pie, crème brûlée and a blueberry streusel. Probably some of the best key lime I’ve ever had! Luke was our server and he did a fantastic job at making sure we understood everything and that everything was tasting good. We will definitely be back! Our new favorite independent restaurant in Memphis

   It was delicious the waiter Reese was so attentive and made our experience great . The bartender made the best drinks the chocolate martini was so delicious 😋.  I think her name was Madeline or Maddy not sure but she was so awesome I had to give her a tip. Staff should be rewarded for their great attitude now days in customer service positions because customer service and  appreciation is a job that not everyone can do .  Happy Love Day !!

   The experience was everything I’d hoped and more. Food and presentation amazing. Will definitely go back. Lobster Bisque, best I’ve ever had. Steak trio was unmatched. I would highly recommend. Never had better, more professional and knowledgeable service.

   Really looked forward to this meal based on our previous visits to Flight, but left disappointed with several aspects of our dining experience… Chief among our complaints is being seat on the first floor immediately adjacent to the kitchen door. The noise level and constant traffic made conversation difficult and provided an anxious backdrop to what we had hoped would be a relaxing dinner with an old friend. It’s unclear how we could have made the reservation on OpenTable to ensure a quieter table upstairs, but we will not return unless that is assured! Another letdown was the service. Upon arriving less than 15 minutes early for our scheduled reservation, the hostesses really didn’t talk to us at all. She just gave a condescending smile showed us to the table, at which point we sat on our own for 8-10 minutes before being greeted by our server. When he did arrive, he practically shouted at us while explaining the menu, and was generally inattentive at the most critical phases of our meal. The little things that you’d expect to be done properly at a restaurant of this caliber — clean tableware, correct drink orders, verbal presentation of plates, and the feeling of being listened to and pampered by the wait staff — were surprisingly off. The whole experience gave us a cold and transactional vibe. Food quality was excellent and we enjoyed most of the plates, but they weren’t exceptional enough to overcome the other issues, unfortunately. Shout out to the one female member of the wait staff who seemed genuinely friendly and offered to take a few photos of us!

    We had a good evening celebrating our friends 27th wedding anniversary. Our server was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The food service was prompt but well paced. My salad was well dressed, and my steak was well seasoned and cooked to the right temperature. My only complaint is the table layout made the restaurant seem more crowded than it actually was, forcing us to dodge the servers and other patrons on a trip to the washroom.
