   The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. The burgers were good size, very flavorful and juicy. The coleslaw I got with mine was excellent. Best burger I have had in quite a while. We were very happy and highly recommend this restaurant.

   Food was delicious. We all had separate burgers which were excellent. One of the party needed GF and commented it was the best GF burger they had ever had.

   Ordered 4 burgers, took 45m to come out. Two burgers were cold, another one was very greasy, the 4th was mediocre. All flavourless. For the price it really isn't worth it, don't waste your time or money, find anywhere else but there for burgers.

   Thank you for sharing your comments on your recent visit. It is disappointing to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience. We have looked into the CCTV concerning your recent visit and can confirm that your burger was delivered to you within 19 minutes of ordering (not 45 minutes as you claim). The burgers came straight from the hot-plate to the table. It is therefore unlikely that they were cold. You were checked on by the waiting staff and mentioned nothing at the check-back about cold food. Had you done so, our team would have put things right for you - even had fresh burgers made for you. We suspect your review to be part of a coordinated attack on the business. Save your time.

   I live local and i convince my husband to go with me and we both tried a cheese burger , because we love hamburger and we had plan to bring our friends from London to have a good experience in a local restaurant in Broadway , the both burgers was 07oz and was cold and the raw meat , it’s the worst we had eat in years , no doing like us you go wast your time and money also we spend almost £50,00 for that experience.unfortunately not had a good one ,since we read the feedbacks and influenced us to go there.

   Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your recent visit to FlipSide. Our chefs usually take great care to ensure all our gourmet burgers are cooked properly and our waiting staff are usually extremely attentive and will quickly put right any problems raised with them. During the check back on your table, you indicated that everything was fine with your dishes, no mention of cold or undercooked burgers was made. Had the team been made aware at the time of your concerns, they would have made every effort to put things right. I hope you are able to return at some point in the future and that you have a more enjoyable experience. As you will see from the majority of our guest experiences, our burgers are usually excellent.

   Went for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Service excellent and not “in your face”. Food very good, although would have preferred the burger medium cooked
