   My husband and I celebrated our 6-year wedding anniversary at Flowers Saratoga, and it was truly a special experience. Due to life events, we hadn’t been able to celebrate our anniversary for the past four years, so this dinner meant a lot to us and Flowers Saratoga did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy, intimate, and welcoming. Our server, Alex, was incredibly friendly and made our night even more special by offering us a glass of champagne to toast our anniversary. I’m not sure what kind it was, but it was smooth and not too tart—just perfect. For our meal, we indulged in a variety of dishes: - Wagyu Carpaccio – A delicious start, especially when eaten with the accompanying salad. - Pomegranate & Burrata – Our absolute favorite! The sweetness of the pomegranate paired perfectly with the creamy burrata. We would order this again in a heartbeat. - Misoyaki Cod – So soft and moist, reminiscent of sea bass. Absolutely loved it. - Ribeye – A solid choice, but what really stood out were the flavorful and elevated sides. - Roasted Brussels & Bacon – I usually don’t like Brussels sprouts, but these were amazing! - Herb Risotto – A great complement to our main courses. - Chocolate Lava Cake – A deconstructed take on a classic, but it was rich and delicious. For drinks, I had Kiss The Bubble, which was a fun and refreshing cocktail, while my husband enjoyed the Flowers Old Fashioned. Overall, the food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was perfect for a special occasion. All the staff were warm and welcoming, making our night even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

   I had the absolute greatest time with my grandparents tonight. My grandma said "i rarely like absolutely everything i have at a restaurant and today i liked everything" and my grandpa said "it was absolutely fabulous". The Alaskan Key Lime Pie was the most amazing dish of the night, we even took a second one home to go. Our server Mikayla was also extremely kind and made sure to make our night special. Highly recommend for all occasions.

   Such a beautiful restaurant that is upscale without a snobby vibe! The drinks are fantastic. We had the Blanco Franco and a classic Paper Plane. The blue fin tuna bites were 10/10 along with the miso cod and lobster tail risotto. Timmy was our server and he is THE BEST!

   Would highly recommend FLOWERS in Saratoga! Everything was fabulous. The Appetizers: Prawn Cigars, Sliders, Wagyu Carpaccio & Ahi Tuna. All scrumptious! Our Entrees: Scallops with pork belly and the Miso glazed Cod. only one thing- the pork belly was overcooked but otherwise so tasty & wonderful presentations. We shared a Key Lime pie. It was good but I’d love a crust on it. Drinks: Hubby had the smoky Old Fashioned & I had the Prickly Pear Bubble. Both were SO GOOD! Our server , Alexandrew made our dining experience very enjoyable. He’s very knowledgeable about the food & drinks & very charming.

   Flowers is a great small restaurant with unique cocktails. Plates are bet shared to try all of the options. Highly recommended!

   Beautiful restaurant. Seems like only one staff is providing service. Food is average. Fruit is not fresh at all. It is probably the fruit bowl from the supermarket and at least a week old

    We had Valentines dinner at Flowers. Tim our waiter was really attentive and so much fun. He really seems to enjoy his job and just makes the entire experience better. The food was perfect. Very sophisticated flavor and the appearance was up-scaled. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. All in all this was one of the best dining experiences we've had. Highly recommend Flowers!
