                                                                                          For our first time there, I'd say we managed very well! ;-) From the check-in to the "check" out, our experience was wonderful. It's not so different from many restaurants where we've dined...it just took some getting used to. That's not a negative thing at all. Every employee was helpful and cordial...the food offerings were varied and delicious! You really feel "served" when you dine there.

Usually service is good unfortunately I guess they were understaffed, but we ordered bone marrow and it never came. We wanted the Picana and it never went past the first table in several ocassions. Went there for my son‘s birthday, so can’t help but have a bad feeling about this visit

                                                                                          Our waitress left us like a forgotten child. My neck was messed up from looking around so much to get our service. From our dinner plates and utensils to getting table items replenished it was a disaster. We came as we always do for a birthday. My wife’s. When I was closing out my bar tab, the rest of the party was seated. My wife requested a different table as this one was directly next to the salad bar and all traffic coming and going to be seated. She was told no. I asked again and was told we would have a long long wait. So we stayed put. After dinner we asked for coffee and tea. My wife’s hot water took 15 minutes. So there you have it. The summation of our experience.

                                                                                          Love this spot. Been to multiple FDC all around. This one doesn’t have the best aesthetic as say Mexico City or NY, floor is a bit slippery at salad bar, but overall great spot.

I felt like a lot of the same meats were coming around and the ones I did enjoy did not have enough seasoning though cooked well to my temp preference. My strawberry caipirinha was delicious. I will return to dine again.

                                                                                          Service was terrible. Even with a reservation we had to wait in the bar (without a seat or a drink). Once at our table, wait staff stopped coming by entirely after half an hour and we could not order another drink or round of meat or dessert without calling out to random waiters passing by. Entirely too busy and noisy and filled with large families in t-shirts and flip flops. Food was good for the most part, especially the buffet food, but I’ve had much better churrasco meat at smaller restaurants in Marietta. I thought this was supposed to be a treat out restaurant for special occasions, but it’s simply not.
