                                                                                                We always enjoy the experience of Fogo De Chao. The service was excellent, the food was also excellent. What is disappointing is that this is a nice, finer restaurant and people don't tend to appreciate this. People were dressed in sweat pants, shorts and T-Shirts. At one table, people had an iPad so they could watch the football game. This ruins the experience for everyone. I wish they could remind people to act appropriately when going to a nicer restaurant.

                                                                                                This turned out to be a lovely choice to dine on Christmas Day. It had its busy times but the staff was ever so efficient , and polite. The meal selection was savory and delicious as always, the servers attentive, and Keenen was an excellent help with our food choices. Thanks for attempting to find a cork for my water! 😉 Great service is what makes them continue to stand out!

                                                                                                Horrible experience with the hostess- Aileen- she was completely rude to us and talked to our party in a very derogatory manner. When I asked her name so that I could let the management know, she refused to give it to me. Finally, I was able to get her name from another employee. This Set the tone for the entire dinner to be horrible. I don’t understand why any restaurant would hire someone to seat restaurant goers who is rude and derogatory to customers.
