   Checked in at 9:00 for a 9:45 reservation. No sooner did we sit down at the bar did we hear “William party of 2” and immediately “William party of 2 - LAST CALL” so I went and check with the hostess and she was calling my first name NOT my last name so if I had not checked we would have been passed over for our reservation - after that it seemed like all the meats came to the table within 10 minutes and we were rushed through our meal and out the door… for $200 for two people it felt terribly rushed and the service overall was very poor. I’ll think twice before coming back to this location for a special birthday dinner.

   They had to re do my bill twice and the amount still wasn’t right on the 3rd receipt. I just signed and got out of there because it was becoming embarrassing. Reached out to restaurant twice now to refund the 4 year old child they charged me for (children under 6 eat free). Not so great experience and we have been there at least 5 times.

   We went there for my birthday food was amazing. I had a party of 12 they would not let any of my party sit until all were there. It was ridiculous. Then they knew it was my birthday brought the party next to us a desert sang happy birthday then forgot mine we told them about it, or waitress said I was supposed to be off a hour ago let me see if someone else can do it. They still did not, & then messed up or tickets and got an attitude about that. We will never forget back.

   Everything was great. I was just disappointed that the main meat that I went for which was beef ribs never materialized.

   Very nice needs a little work on getting. Every table and slice of eat meat with there meal and not the same dish every 10 minutes

   Always a 10 out of 10.. Everything is spot on from the food to the service. I live over 2 hours away and we frequent them Atleast twice a month.. Recommend it to anyone

    This is the 4th time we have been this restaurant but this was definitely the least enjoyable experience. The food wasn’t as flavorful and not a big of a selection as previous experiences. Having to ask the waitress for the meat servers to come around shouldn’t happen. If all 6 of us had our cars flipped to green and watched as the went to other tables and sections was frustrating. This birthday dinner for my wife was not the hit I thought it would have been for $750+ spent.
