I have dined at various Fogo de Chao restaurants throughout the US and several times at the Bellevue location. Last evening my wife and I took our daughter and son in law for their first time to the Bellevue establishment. The place was a madhouse, disorganized. One could not help but feel for the hostess, who worked calmly through the Chaos. The kids had an enjoyable time. My wife and me, not so much. We all agreed the salad bar ("Market Table")_ was well done. For the main event, ALL the beef was tough, enough to give saddle leather a go, tasteless. The selections we received at our table were essentially all beef, all the time. I did see some lamb once, but the server took off like he had a hot date before i could say, HEY!. Chicken? hmmm. No chickens crossed the road to our table. The server was excellent, engaging and attentive. With a couple drinks and tip we approached $500 for four. I told my son in law I'd rather spend it on a new set of golf clubs for him. So, my wife and I won't be returning. Lots better places for beef, less chaotic and noisy, and not any more expensive.

We booked Fogo de Chao because our experience at another location was exceptional. This was not a great experience and was a huge bummer for my son’s birthday. The service was terrible. We only saw our server twice. He never came back. Luckily other employees stepped in. Based on this experience I will never be back.

We hosted a party of 13 for a professional gathering, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite confirming vegetarian options twice before arrival, they were sold out, leaving two guests without food. A horrifying moment: two long hairs in the pickle bowl at the salad bar. The server simply picked them out and walked away. I had to enter the kitchen myself to get it replaced. Totally unacceptable. Service was chaotic!! servers skipped guests despite they had the green sign up, but since they were sitting in the middle of the table and harder to reach, they were skipped, servers cut meat sloppily, and even dropped pieces onto our clothes and all over the table. We were planning to bring over 100 people here for our next holiday party, but after this unprofessional mess, never again.

Always top quality food and service. Our waiter David, especially, provided excellent service and made the dining experience great. When inquiring about the availability of a different cut of meat with one of the churrasqueira serving us, he was very agreeable and mentioned it could be brought out shortly and served us promptly when it was ready.

Friday nights in Bellevue restaurants are typically busy so you’d think Fogo would’ve been prepared - but that wasn’t our experience. There were hardly any meat servers in the dining room so our table sat waiting & waiting & waiting. While the market table had many tasty items - the meats are supposed to be stars of the meal & the long wait wasn’t a pleasant experience. We will think long & hard before returning to Bellevue’s location.

Service was nonexistent as our server spent most of his time talking to one of the female employees. Salad bar had unripe pineapple and other not so great offerings. Asked for a medium well cut of meat and the guy brought me a burnt end of meat that was so dried out and hard. All and all a pretty bad value for the money and off the list to visit again.
