Had reservations for 8:15. Restaurant in as over booked and did not get seated until 9:30! Took forever for the waitress (29 mins) to collect the bill, and only after we had to flag them. They asked if we wanted change and we said yes. Waited another 20 mins for the change and again, we had to ask them for it. Incredibly poor service.

Used to love coming to this location. Worst service and food. Was petty gross. Waited for over an hr even with reservations. The table was wobbly. Poor experience all around

So understaffed!! The hostess was helping bus tables every time she brought guests to their table while the crowd at the door was growing exponentially - I had a 1:15pm rez - we got seated at 145 and the meats that my fellow diners wanted didn’t come till past 2 - FAIL!

Amazing food and great service, as expected at a Fogo de Chao. Our only disappointment was the fact they do not enforce a minimum dress code. At 7 pm there was a table of gentlemen in nylon basketball shorts, bare legs and plastic flip flops which took away from the ambiance for us. We would recommend gentlemen be asked to wear slacks and close-toed shoes, especially after 5 pm.
