   We had reservations for 7pm. Did not get seated until 7:45pm. We were seated at a table close to the bar. Since they were so behind on their reservations, the place was packed with tons of people everywhere. People were standing over our table, waiting for their table, while we were trying to eat. I had to ask for water three times before it was received. Horrible experience for Christmas Day. We will never be returning.

   My family dined here on Christmas Day and overall enjoyed the experience. The site advises that some waiting is expected (on Christmas) even with reservations, but waiting over 30 minutes felt more like a reflection of process inefficiencies than a typical holiday rush. Given how busy Christmas Day understandably is, it’s crucial for operations on such a high-demand day to align with the restaurant's usual stellar reputation. That said, we appreciated the festive atmosphere and the effort put into accommodating everyone.

   This was the worst experience ever . Had reservation for 430 pm . We arrived 15 minutes earlier to be greeted with over 300 people in the lobby and front desk .To state such chaos and a total fire hazard would be an understatement . I along with other guest were extremely disappointed . It appeared that their was over booking with many guest having the exact reservation time , totally unacceptable. The Experience that you all pride yourself on as being top tier establishment has gone out the window . This experience was extremely frustrating and classless . The overall experience was like a cattle call which has me feeling disenchanted . I don’t think I will ever make reservations around the holiday season at FoGo period . The service was terrible as well !

   The fun and tastiness of Fogo de Chao is always a treat. Our latest visit was on Christmas, and the start of our experience was massively chaotic. - We weren’t seated until 30+ minutes after our reservation, and the waiting space was jammed with people. I’m not sure if the reservation scheduling algorithm was off, people were just lingering or what was causing the backlog. That said, the staff was calm under the pressure and clearly doing their best. Once we were seated, we had a nice experience. The food was delicious and the servers pleasant. Again, the service teams seemed busier than they anticipated being and requests like refills of water took ages, but managers were jumping in and it was apparent everyone was doing their part. This was our first trip to the Bethesda location and we will return, but maybe when things are a little less busy.

   Amazing service and food. With such a busy atmosphere they staff manages to make each guess feel cared for and tended too. Their are truly amazing. Looking forward to going back there soon!!!

   We had a reservation, but our table where sat was not satisfied. I didn’t like wherever we were sitting it was on the way. Disappointed. The fish they asked us to buy was not fully cooked enough

   Absolutely the worst dining experience ever! Chairs and people were so packed in that every thine the gauchos came thru they kept knocking into the two people on our table. This is even if you could get them to come by. Never got offered a round of the second drinks- nor dessert! We come here to celebrate my sisters birthday every year! and based on this we won't be coming back.

   Beef was not as good as other times and fair inferior than what I had in the Washington Wharf location few weeks ago. Service was slow and I keep waiting for the waiter for long times. Selection of Brazilian music is not appropriate for a dining place. Requires management far more focused on customer experience.

    We attended on a busy lunch day where several businesses were having their holiday parties. Therefore, the hard-working servers were having trouble being as attentive or as quick as they normally would. Their model seemed to be: all servers for all patrons, so it may not clear who was responsible for whom. It is a unique eating experience, so clear explanations of what to do is necessary and, in my opinion, needed to be better for the initiated. As for food: The vegetable spread was amazing; the all-you-can-eat meat was variable. Interestingly, while the desserts appeared to be excellent (chocolate was the best), the selections were exactly the same as another restaurant I recently ate at, suggesting the same caterer.
