   We have eaten at FDC often and normally enjoy our experience. This time not so much. The rotation of meats was marginal at best and very sporadic. There were tables around us that was waiting much longer for food than we were. Service was available, as our server who greeted us actually left during the shift and turned over to someone else. We will be back, but this visit was disappointing and far below standards.

   The food was good, desert was amazing, The service was outstanding Now the drinks where the worst, I had to give mine back but everything was perfect

   The service is very very bad. We sat for two and a half hours and not all the items arrived! It's as if they don't want you to try the food, the food tasted not good.. The restaurant manager was very very rude when we objected and said you can't (come again)! It was amazing, the best thing we tried was the salad, of course it's not worth the money paid

   The steaks are not all well seasoned. They definitely cut us off, we are not big eaters and I was definitely disappointed my entire party was completely ignored after only being served meats a few times.

   Everyone should experience Fogo de Chão’s Market Table and Churrasco. The meat cuts are excellent but the seasoning and spices are brought to your table sizzling. Of course, others have their own biases but I am sure Fogo will never disappoint anyone.

   All staff was amazing specially Karina, the “gaucha” that served us the most and made sure all we wanted was brought to us :)

   Went here last night for Christmas Dinner.. We were sat at a table physically touching the back of the buffet soup line. It was impossible for me to sit without having the person next to me get up, and even then I was shoving myself into the seat. My little sister ended up with broken soft plastic in her salad which could easily have been swallowed. She showed it to the server, "my manager will take care of it" no one came to the table or did anything to address the issue.. what was taken care of? Didn't even ask which salad it was to remove from buffet line?? "All you can eat" we sat down and were bombarded with food for a total of 5 minutes, and got a sausage 45+ minutes later. None of the food came out around again, nothing was all you can eat. The guy that came over with the lamb was turned down by 1 person at the table as we had just gotten 3 different skewers at once and he was overwhelmed.. lamb guy's response was "even better" and he dashed off before asking anyone else at the table if they'd like that cut of meat Our server handed us dessert menu and did not come back around, probably to not have to be confronted about the plastic again? Who knows.. We ordered dessert from another server who noticed us looking around bored and got the check from a third server $600 check for 6 people you'd expect service to be a bit better..? Still tipped $65 as it was Christmas but damn I'd give $0 if it wasn't.

   Here’s the corrected version of your text: My husband and I love Fogo. We’ve been to several Florida locations, but without a doubt, our experience in Beverly Hills was the best. It all started with the best customer service ever from Andre and the two managers (sorry, I forgot their names). We went for a Christmas dinner since we were far from home this year, and they made our night very special. I wish I could go there more often, and I hope the locations near our house have this amazing customer service.
