   Terrible Experience, "2nd time going" here, place so big, they set us sooo fare away from the "buffet" no waiter available, no one came to our table, the carpets stink you can barely breath. We ended up going to Fogo de Chao in Burlington Ma.

   It was my first time here, and it felt quite underwhelming. The employee at check-in gave us the blank stare the entire time, and was unwelcoming. When seated, we didn’t have a server approach us until we looked around the room looking lost… One of the employees noticed we were never asked about side options, so they instructed an employee to approach our table — very considerate of them! The food was great for what the value is. Wish there were more fruit options at the open bar!

   Review Title: Extremely Disappointing Service Experience I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Fogo de Chão location. From the moment we arrived, our server ignored us for the first 25 minutes. I had to get up multiple times to ask other staff for assistance, but eventually even they started ignoring our table as well. When the server finally showed up, he took our order and didn’t bring the appetizers until an hour later—with no communication or apology. At one point, he even took our forks and didn’t return with replacements, leaving us waiting awkwardly with food on the table. We specifically asked for regular water, but he brought bottled water without clarifying that it would come at an extra cost—another frustrating surprise. To make matters worse, when we asked for the check, he refused to bring it, leaving us sitting for an additional hour with no explanation. This was an incredibly embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. Fogo de Chão is known for quality service, which makes this treatment even more disappointing. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both training and accountability.

   The salad bar was rather sparse, selections were not replenished. Not as robust and varied as in past years. The steak selections were of poor quality and were not served very often. I had to ask for the rib eye and filet six times before they came. And the restaurant was not very busy. Only half full. So the meat should have been readily available and circulating often. The waitresses were great.

   Una estafa ! El mozo fue pésimo , no sabía del menú , nos tiró una botella de agua en la mesa , trajo todas las bebidas calientes, pedimos tap water trajo agua en botella con gas y las cobró . Los mejores cortes de carne nos traen al final cuando te llenaron de comida barata como el pollo , no había es saladas . Un precio carísimo para tan mala experiencia . NO LO RECOMIENDO

   Exceptional service and food! Everyone in our party of 10 agreed that this was is one of the best restaurants we have been to in a long time!

   Like always…the food is great. But at times there was a long pause for food….lack of chicken and lamb but everything else was on point.

   We went for dinner and spent $500 for 4 people for very average food. We could have dined at one of the finest steakhouses in Boston. Very disappointed. The Brazilian steakhouse in Framingham Mass is superior to this Boston restaurant.
