We dined there on Thursday night 11/21 Had a great experience at the table. But when we went to the bar for drink while waiting for our ride bartender crossed that pleasant experience. He was Extremely rude , dismissive zero hospitality. Will not go back

The wait time was excessively protracted. My reservation was scheduled for 6:45 pm, yet my party was seated nearly 1.5 hours later, at 8:00 pm. The organizational structure was highly disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences at Fogo de Chao.

El lugar tiene un ambiente agradable, pero la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. La calidad de la carne no cumplió con las expectativas; no estaba realmente buena y no justificaba el precio. Además, el servicio fue bastante incómodo. Si notan que no estás consumiendo constantemente, te apresuran llevándote la cuenta sin que lo pidas, lo cual arruina la experiencia y te hace sentir presionado. En general, no lo recomendaría si buscas disfrutar una comida tranquila y de calidad.

At almost 80 dollars (gratuity included in total. I would expect a higher quality of meat. I asked for prime rib and they told me that only had flank steak. Also, the sides were not of abundance. Not horrible.. just not a high value. We were served one small side of mash potatoes and zucca(8 people). We bought our own birthday cake so I’m not sure about dessert. We had one wheelchair need and accessible elevator didn’t work for about 10 minute. I still tipped 88 dollars but not impressed.

We have been to this restaurant before and loved it, and we were very excited to return, but it was like coming to a totally different place. Most of the meats that we were offered were overcooked, dry, or almost entirely fat. The sides offered at the buffet were flavorless - we had a Brazilian street corn that we were dying to eat because we LOVE street corn, and it was just corn covered in mayonnaise with no seasoning. For a $67 per person experience, we expected much better. On a brighter note, the desserts and cocktails were delicious, but overall, the dinner wasn’t good, the service was unfortunately very slow, and we left feeling unhappy.

The service was extremely slow and absolutely awful. The waitress could not hear or understand us. She was incompetent and overwhelmed. There weren't enough servers.

Overall, welcoming experience. Requested to have a table with enough room for a stroller and bassinet, and the staff kindly met our needs. Server (sorry didn't catch her name) was polite and professional throughout the evening. Lastly dessert was on the house! Because they might've seen how hard we were working to put our infant to sleep in the middle of our meal. Would recommend returning to this location.
