   The service was great, perfect timing on bringing our food. The food tasted amazing. Many if the items seemed like they were right out of the kitchen.

   Our waiter only offered us spring and sparkling water, both of which cost $7.85 a bottle. He added 4 bottles to our bill which was an extra $32 tacked on. Upon asking another team member why, she said we were offered 3 types (spring, sparkling, and tap), which we were not. When she called our waiter back over and we asked why we were never offered the tap water for free, he not only spoke to our table of 11 in an unacceptable manner, but also stated he’s a salesman and nothing is given for free (water is supposed to be offered for free). When speaking with the manager he also stated it is because they work off of tips. This was stating indirectly that he was trying to make our bill higher so the tip percentage would also be higher which is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.

   Very disappointed with this meal. 1st it took forever to get plates for our meat. About 10 minutes. I almost got up and grabbed the plates myself. My husband had to ask the manager for refill on his drink because he sat without a drink for too long. He cannot eat his meal without something to drink. It was our anniversary dinner. We were not asked if we were celebrating anything. I mentioned to the manager about how tough the meat was and that my daughter was only eating the from the market table because of how horrible the meat was. Filet mignon should not have gristle and each piece we had was full of gristle. My husband ate only chicken because the steak was so terrible. This meal was a very disappointing expensive meal. We have dined at other Fogo restaurant locations and have never had such a terrible meal. Very upset about the terrible steak served at this restaurant!!!!

   The Services was very poor. We requested things time and time again. Our waitress was simply not present. Perhaps the fact that it was Christmas had something to do with it. However, I did see that other waiters and waitresses were much more proactive. Even to get the check took a long time. Our waitress simply had an attitude of “I don’t care”

   I know it’s Christmas Day, but the service was off. We got there 15 minutes before our table reservations, but wasn’t seated until 30 minutes after the table reservations have passed. Sometimes we had to request more than one time for different meats to be brought to our table. We were there over an hour before we were able to get the lamb brought over to our table. The only chicken that they brought over to our table was wrapped in bacon. We had three people with us who didn’t eat pork. We asked for a different kind of chicken to be brought over to the table, it was never brought over. It was eight of us. I tipped $140 making the total 791.50. However, I didn’t agree with the service, but I will never stiff the service person from a tip.

   First off we had a 6:15 reservations we got there early and the place was packed but they seated us immediately the service was amazing the food was amazing great selection highly recommend we return on next visit management was wonderful meat was tender and seasoned wonderfully it’s an experience I highly recommend

   We dined here (party of 3) on Christmas 4pm. We made reservations and when we arrived I was concerned because it appeared there were a lot of people waiting to get a table. But the hostess walked us to our table immediately...no waiting!!! Since it was our first time dining here, our server walked us through the "process " with table cards that are red and green so the servers with the meat know if we want more. The salad bar was large and fresh. I liked the whole marinated mushrooms and Brazilian corn. I didn't eat much from there as I wanted to safe stomach space for meats. We focused on filet, ribeye, and special sirloin. Each person at our table preferred their meat at different temperatures of wellness. The servers accommodated our needs. Despite the restaurant being very busy the staff kept pace. Lastly they have a caramelized pineapple Old Fashioned. I highly recommend getting that if you are a fan of Old Fashioned.

   Was a great, festive way to celebrate Christmas!! We will do this again. But it was PACKED. Lots of families. Every table seemed joyous whether two people or 10. Vibe was relaxed not fancy. Was a little loud. The food was yummy as usual. The staff was very good. But the stars were the parking valets who kindly and patiently helped my elderly Mom out of the car and assisted with her walker. Set the tone for a lovely memorable Christmas lunch.
