   I made these reservations on April 11th to dine on May 11th I made the reservation based on a special promotion I received via email. My reservation was for 5:15pm. I noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. It was also Mother’s Day so we expected it to be busier than normal. We arrived on time a there were hundreds of customers waiting outside , in the lobby , and in the restaurant. The hostess just gave everyone a generic statement about customers taking longer than normal and they were in the process of cleaning tables. We finally sat down 45 mins past our reservation time , to substandard service , food stations barely replenish , being told the promo that I booked a month prior didn’t apply to that day , no birthday celebration of course. Extremely loud and crowded. I will never return to this restaurant ever. Maybe on holidays booked fewer restaurants per hour instead of every 15 mins! To protect the dining experience of those with reservations.

   We have unfortunately learned that Fogo cannot maintain the same high-quality service during busy times—so we strongly advise avoiding holidays, weekends, or peak periods. From the outset, our experience was unacceptable. Despite having a reservation, the host seated another family with a similar name—Terrece instead of TARESA—because she failed to properly confirm the reservation details. This mistake was not only careless but set a terrible tone for what was supposed to be a special evening: my husband’s 40th birthday dinner. The situation only worsened. Our reserved table was given to another large party, and we were relegated to the so-called “covered” patio—in January, where we were left to endure an uncomfortable, freezing experience. What should have been a memorable celebration quickly became a disaster. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we spoke with Beatriz, who attempted to make amends by comping four of the 16 full churrasco services we paid for that night. Based on this gesture, we decided to give Fogo another chance for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, this was yet another mistake. Once again, the service was severely lacking. Despite ordering full churrasco, we had to repeatedly request core items like picanha, lamb, and filet, while other options—like ribeye, bacon-wrapped filet, and pork belly—never even made it to our table. Instead, we were served only chicken and sirloin, leaving us waiting endlessly and eventually too full from the salad bar to continue asking. Twice now, Fogo has demonstrated a clear inability to deliver on its promises, even during important occasions. This consistent failure is simply unacceptable, and we are left deeply disappointed. The only reason I didn’t give them a one-star review is because I know what Fogo is capable of when they actually deliver the exceptional service they’re known for. When they get it right, it’s absolutely worth it. But that’s clearly only when they aren’t overwhelmed and failing.

   My waitress was phenomenal.. very professional informative.. and provided excellent service. I wish I remembered her name by she was a short black woman with dreads and glasses!! My daughter and I went for Mothers Day and our waitress took great care of us… even with the heavy volume. The food was great.. I’ve been before.. and this time I didn’t get as many options.. I’m guessing do to the heavy volume.. the sides were great however it would be nice to have more options… overall I’d give this dining experience 4/5 stars.. definitely will be returning. Oh.. and we also got a Mother’s Day gift of a percentage off when we return.. that was nice and thoughtful!!

   I love Fogo and dine here at this location often, so today was a fluke since it was a holiday - but I wouldn’t recommend coming here on a holiday. It was chaotic and service was horrible at this price point.

   I've been to Fogo many times and this, was a very disappointing visit based on my previous visits. I am used to them bringing a lot of meat around regularly when your card is green. For the first time, we struggled to get them to serve us much meat. At one point we sat for a solid 30 minutes before I finally asked. Then they came around slabbing loads of meat on our plates, whether we wanted it or not. Problem was they only served us half the menu and kept bringing the same meats. They did not bring us a variety. We were a party of 14 celebrating a graduation and spent $1,600. Definitely didn't get our value out of the meal. Also, while they took our dessert order, they turned the restaurant lights up bright and clearly wanted us to leave.

   My family and I have eaten at this location for years. Tonight was my last night. My daughter and I ordered the chicken experience rather than the full churassco one because the steak lacks flavor from past visits. We were overlooked the first 30 min after being seated. In total we were served 2 pieces of chicken thighs even though men kept passing our table with chicken legs and bacon wrapped chicken (which we really like). I asked the guy who brought our first piece of chicken to bring us the bacon wrapped; even our waitress but never received it. We were so disappointed. Our friend who was with us ordered the full experience and was overlooked to the point he stopped the main guy who repeatedly walked by us why we weren’t being offered cuts of meat. By this time our table had been cleared. This man goes and gets a new plate and placed 4 pieces of meat on it. No silverware, napkins, nothing on the table but a plate of meat. We got up and left.

    As usual our dining experience was excellent last night at Fogo de Chao! Be sure to join their rewards program if you dine there often…we were able to use our rewards coupon and a birthday coupon that made the cost of our meal an even better value! Bring your appetite…it’s a lot of food!!
