   We did not get to dine here. After a 20 minute wait for our reservation we decided to find another place to eat instead of rushing through our meal. I did not get a text our table was ready until over 30 minutes after our reservation. I was looking forward to this dinner. They clearly lacked organization and were not able to adhere to their reservation system.

   Disappointing Experience – Will Not Return This was by far the worst dining experience we've had at a Fogo de Chão. The service was atrocious—we waited endlessly for drinks, and the meat service was even worse. Despite repeatedly requesting specific cuts, servers either skipped our table entirely or asked just one person before moving on. I personally asked at least four different servers for filet, yet never received it. We've dined at other Fogo de Chão locations and always had exceptional service, but this location was a complete disappointment. To make matters worse, we were crammed into a tight back section, constantly bumped by servers and guests due to the narrow walkway. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, expecting a special experience, but he left unimpressed and disappointed. We will not be returning to this location.

   I’ve been to a number of Fogos and this one is towards the bottom of the list. The service is horrible and the meat is over-salted. Very disappointed in the service and I don’t feel like it was a good value.

   We opted for the $70+ premium meat option. After returning from the salad bar and returning to our table which was in a separate room away from the main restaurant, we did not get offered meat for 20 minutes. We asked three different wait staff to guide them to us. It went on like this the whole night. The premium meats that we paid for came one time, an hour after we sat and after we were full of garbage meat. 1/10 do not recommend.

   All good! Great place to visit, we usually do the full churrasco or the Brazilian cuts, either way is a wonderful meal experience, servers and staff are well prepared for a good service. Thanks!

   The ambiance service was excellent. Everyone on the staff was so comforting and attentive to the needs of the table. everything was properly cooked, and I could not complain about anything done. I appreciate the servers.I appreciate the restaurant. Will be reserving it for Mother's Day.

   Reservations for 8pm and didn’t get seated till 8:25pm. Drinks took 15 minutes and the food service was horrible. No servers will bring the meat and had to beg them to serve the meat and bread. I remember going to fogo the first time maybe 20 years ago and since then the service and the product had taken a nose dive. Gone are the days of Shrimp, various different kind of breads,soups at the salad bar. The meat has also changed. They don’t want to bring the filet and when they do it’s over cooked The chicken legs use to be amazing but now they have added some kind of seasoning instead of wine. I’ve been to every fogo in the US and the last 5/6 years the quality of food and service has deteriorated. Won’t be going bad. For $71 , much better options out there.

   Not the Fogo experience that I am used to in Beverly Hills. Servers and hostess were lacking the hospitality and dining experience training, giving us somewhat of a fast food experience. There were only 3 kinds of meats served, cold station was mediocre. Not the full churasco experience I was used to. Very frustrating and a waste of my money.

    I’ve been to their different locations but I was disappointed with this one. First, they didn’t serve my drink until I reminded them which took a while. Our server went on break then the next server who was helping us was always nowhere to be found. We finished our meal, we waited for a while until she came cleared our table and offered us dessert. It was my husband’s birthday so I asked for a birthday cake. It’s been about 20 minutes again waiting for the cake I had to cancel. We came in for lunch and not even a lot of people, we’re here more than 2 hours and spent most of our time waiting.
