We go the whole experience. That includes a variety of meats. But we kept on getting a repetitive of meats and not the other options. We had to tell them to bring something else.

We came on New Year's Eve and this location had poor service and there was a terrible selection of food, many dishes were empty or not replaced. Our server was inattentive and did not refill drinks. The experience from the moment we walked in till when we left was one of the worst experiences. The server brought me someone else's check and didn't apologize for her mistake. This was not worth the time and money we spent.

The food and service was impeccable last night given that it was a holiday. My expectations were exceeded. The food and service were phenomenal. I had a perfect New Year’s Eve at Fogo de Chão.! 💕

Even though service was hit and miss - a few growls from the wait staff and missed orders x 2, - food was overall excellent, non buffet items awere stars. But the real reason I would go back? No group charge and no food fee. I am glad to see at least one restaurant not going with this stupid trend. Fogo forever!

This was our best experience at FDC in Irvine! For a busy night (NYE) they were on their game with great service! I requested a booth and absolutely loved where we were seated. Close to the bar but also tucked away enough for us to have great conversation at the table and not feel like we were in the middle of everything. The food was on point! And the service was stellar!!

All the meat was pretty gamey tasting which is not something to be expected especially when just eating different cuts of steal. Service is pretty slow considering we were not there during rush hour.

Lunch on a weekday was great! Somewhat less crowded, good pacing of the meat rounds. The market table is excellent, great fresh salad options and a few hot food ones too. If the feijoada isn't out you may be able to ask your server for a portion from the kitchen, which was nice to have. Oh and the cheese bread is irresistible!
