   We went on Christmas. The service was great to start but towards the end it was as if we were forgotten…our original server was nowhere to be found. The food was great as always.

   $60 per person (full experience) for a salad bar and a few pieces of meat. We kept asking for different cuts of meat at medium well and they never delivered. Most cuts are medium rare. One meat server placed a piece of red meat on top of my salad, and I was the one who asked for well-done cuts only. Only a few meat servers offering small cuts of non-select meats for a packed house. Our server did check on us many times with promises to bring us items we asked for, but never delivered. They did manage to give us all you can eat grilled pineapple. (Boy are THEY smart.) Final bill was $189 for a Christmas dinner reservation consisting of a salad bar, a few pieces of non-descript meat (not filet or prime) & 2 drinks. No desserts either. GO ELSEWHERE AND PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO ANY BRAZILIAN RESTAURANT.

   Food was wonderful and wait staff was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely go back.

   The staff was wonderful, but for a 5:45pm appointment, nice and early, you shouldn't be running out of mainstream food. Out of bananas, out of crème Brulé. You're going to tell us that after so many Christmases in Jacksonville the buyer could not anticipate supply on Christmas Day? Very expensive dinner to be running out of common items. There are other Brazilian options .  not pleased for the price .

   Christmas Day. Busy. Very packed! Service wasn't as good (speed) as normal days but was still good. We love Fogo de chao

   We love Fogo, but the last few times it has not met our expectations. Six of us celebrated Christmas Eve there. Our server did not distribute the bottle of wine evenly and then asked if we wanted another bottle since she shortchanged some in our party??? We had to request meat multiple times where in the past we could not keep up. The bar was exceptional as always and I love the atmosphere. I just expected a little more at this price point.

    Have been to Fogo De Chao many times. This evening, it seemed as if the meat selection was very limited. What was served, was delicious. Just seemed to be very limited, compared to other times that we have dined there.
