   We had a reservation for 8:45pm but our table was only ready by 9:30pm ! I was with my grandparents (80+ years old) and we had to wait for 45 minutes to get our table that was supposed to be booked for us! The place is not very organized! The meet was very good although the table market was missing some kinds of food. Overall, I would rate 6 out of 10 ! I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t revisit the restaurant!

   Not like other Fogo de Chao restaurants I have been to. They over booked on their reservations so although I had an 8:00 reservation we were t seated until 8:35. The table they sat us at the table cloth was dirty the menu was dirty. The entree we ordered was suppose to come with asparagus however they served it us with broccoli when I asked they said they didn’t have anymore. Definitely something that should have been disclosed at the time of ordering.

   We were there for NYE dinner. It was great that we were still able to get a reservation almost last minute. When we got there, we had to still wait for about 30 minutes until our table was ready. Once sat, we were approved by a table manager who introduced himself and quickly guided us to the salad station (We've been to other Fogo in the past so it was quick and easy). The meats started to rotate and it was busy. We had a good experience but here is an observation. In the middle of our meal, a guest entered with a full size dog without a service vest. Don't get me wrong, I'm an animal lover and have 2 dogs but I'd never think about bringing them to a restaurant during a busy dinner time. You can obviously tell this dog was not a service dog. Some guests rolled their eyes. Some guests wanted to pet this dog and suddenly the dog shook and of course, fur everywhere.....We weren't very close to the dog but I can't imagine what was going through the other guests minds. In overall, despite it being busy, the staff was attentive. We wish all the meats had rotated but we didn't even see the beef ribs until we were done with dessert. The gaucho said it had just came out but it was almost 9pm.... We will definitely return. It was good, it was busy and the staff was attentive.

   it was our first time being there and i was really amazed with how the service was everyone really nice greeted us with kindness & the amount of meat you can get was the most amazing apart (:

    Great service, was seated right away. Server’s were always there if you needed anything.
