   We had our reservation at 5:45pm and we got our table at 7:25pm and after we got mad. Manager and host told us that they follow the way people check in regardless the time of the reservation. What a joke!!! We will never be back! Horrible experience!

   Such an incredible experience. They weren’t too busy when we were there and had the most attentive service and great food!

   We were definitely over looked by staff several times, my friend had to hold out her hand and stop people to get us more drinks. My husband I usually love this place but pretty sure no one was assigned our table, the manager came over and said he would take care of us since we first sat down for 15 min and no one payed attention to us and then we never saw him again. So service wasn’t great last night but still a great place to eat!

   Waitress was great, food servers were fine but not as personable as prior visits and they did not seem to come around as often. We needed to ask for certain offerings, whereas in the past they all came out and often.

   The service here is above and beyond! Value for price is great. The value speaks for itself if you do the full experience. A frequent stop for my family and I

   Everything was wonderful. The food, service quality was excellent. It was a special birthday dinner. Kevin made sure we had a great waitress, Julia. The table for two next to the bar at times was uncomfortable with constant people walking by. Other than that everything was excellent. Thank you It was my first time there.

   Horrible freaking experience . I had a 630 reservation, I never got called, never got texted . The place was packed and unorganized , I eventually had to go eat dinner in a bar. Not sure what the point was of even making a reservation. Horrible managed.

   It was a big disappointment! Thanksgiving Day dinner reservation we anticipated for weeks, only to find out the restaurant overbooked! We arrived 10 minutes early of our reservation and was surprised with the number of customers waiting. We were told that there was no guarantee that we will be seated on our 5 PM reservation. We waited for almost an hour with no luck! We went to a Japanese restaurant instead! What is the point of having a reservation?

    I love this restaurant but don’t think I’ll be back for a holiday. We had a reservation but still had to wait an hour to be seated. Our table was upstairs and it is a totally different ambience. Gross. Looks and feels like a seedy nightclub where we were seated on patio chairs. The buffet upstairs was old and wilted. A turkey carcass and some sweet potatoes were set off to the side, no heat. Our server seated us, got our drink order, half hour later brings us water, then 10 later our drinks. We got our sides and bread at the end of our meal. Really just disappointing.
