We waited an hour for our drinks and meat, never got bread, never got refills. Our server disappeared after welcoming us and finding out we were there for a birthday. Showed up at the end, after we had already paid and we're leaving asking if we needed anything and if we wanted the bill, which we had paid. No offer of dessert which we wanted. The other servers looked at us when we asked for help and then walked away before we could tell them what we wanted. 2/10 for the night. While I used to visit every other month, I might be done and never go back after this. The only good thing was one gaucho that finally noticed we had no food on our very clean plates after 45 min. He came back seven times with different meat. So at least we didn't leave hungry?

Servers who provided meats were great. Potatoes cold, even when asked for refresh. Actual table server inattentive and unresponsive to basic requests like bread etc. despite repeated courteous requests.

Our servers were very attentive and always so polite. The wine host was very personable and stopped by our table quite often. The manager that was helping as well was one of the nicest people you would have the pleasure to meet. We had some friends in from out of town and brought them to the event and they absolutely loved it. All in all...a perfect evening. Thank you. See you next time.

If you haven't gone to a Fogo Wine Dinner yet you need to be sure you do. These are a different way to experience Fogo. I always leave full, but not with the meat sweats! It's paced for you (and still plenty of food) and it's curated with wine. You'll learn a little and have a great time.

I recently took six clients to Fogo de Chao, which they specifically chose. We were all very impressed with the experience. Our waitress was incredibly helpful, explaining the menu and dining process in both English and Spanish, which my clients greatly appreciated. The salad bar was a particular highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection. While it is a bit pricey, I was pleased to see they offer more affordable options. The service was exceptional, with fresh cuts of meat constantly being brought to our table. Overall, we had a wonderful time and ate until we couldn't eat anymore! It's a fantastic environment for group dinners, and I would definitely return.

Fogo in Minneapolis is great! Food is good. Service is good. The staff is always checking in on you, and the table-side service timing is excellent. The quality of the meats is wonderful. It can be pricy, so now what you are getting in to, but it truly is an experience!

We have come here multiple times. This experience was not as good as usual. Dinner was great. Meats were more on the rare side so we had to wait quite a bit longer for food to come around. We were in the back of the restaurant so by the time they got to our section, tables ahead of us would get served first and the rare meat would be left. They would say they would be back and then nothing. There was one waitress and a member of whom I assume was management that was trying to remedy the situation. When they saw we were getting passed over time after time, they would stop the “meat servers” and tell them to come directly to us. Sometimes they would still pass by us and other times it was successful. Same thing happened with the pineapple. WONDERFUL PINEAPPLE!!! But the server would do the same thing. Finally the server previous mentioned went and got the pineapple herself. She went above and beyond and we appreciated that. I wish I got her name. All that said, we will be back.
