Not our first time at the restaurant. Super Bowl Sunday, Restaurant was lightly attended.\n\nWe bought the full Churrasco experience which is a fixed price. My wife just got the market bar because she's not a steak fan. The market bar was amazing. Everything was the highest quality and there was at one point a staff member who was checking every item for things that did not look perfect and picking them away. NOTHING was out of stock.\nWhen we had fill of the market bar we needed only to flip these little round cards from red to green and the fresh meat started to come. Pork with Parmesan, yummy. Bacon beef, even better, Pichaña steak, beyond outstanding. The only miss was that the chicken breast was a bit dry.\nWaitstaff was super attentive. Normally environment is fun but a little loud; the decor was beautiful but abounded in hard surfaces. Didn’t look like no attention was given to it in a while all around. There was a long delay on getting the meat servers to our table!!! The bottom sirloin came out first round was thinly cut with the outside being salty. We had to ask to get lamb chops and the filet mignon twice!! After a long delay of waiting, the lamb came for only two people. Had to Wait again??? The fillet mignon finally game out late and under cooked!! I could have ate it exclusively at another restaurant without the long wait and cooked properly! Never seen anymore coming to table after that. You pay extra and they say it takes a long time to cook??? That’s the restaurant being stingy on limiting the availability to the table! The server was decent but not as attentive as I would expect for the scale of resturant. The people serving the meat were good, and came around often. We enjoyed the pork options, lamb and pacana. Some of the red meat was really dry and served well done. Bacon wrapped steak, and Ribeye specifically.
Overall was not as good as I had remembered it being in the past.

I planned a birthday dinner get together for six adults and a child. We ordered a Full Churrasco to get Lamb chops and Filet Mignon along with bottom sirloin and other choices. We ate from the salad bar which had a nice variety but the caesar salad bowl was empty and the prosciutto on display had to be sliced to take from? Didn’t look like no attention was given to it in a while all around. There was a long delay on getting the meat servers to our table!!! The bottom sirloin came out first round was thinly cut with the outside being salty. We had to ask to get lamb chops and the filet mignon twice!! After a long delay of waiting, the lamb came for only two people. Had to Wait again??? The fillet mignon finally game out late and under cooked!! I could have ate it exclusively at another restaurant without the long wait and cooked properly! Never seen anymore coming to table after that. You pay extra and they say it takes a long time to cook??? That’s the restaurant being stingy on limiting the availability to the table! My last visit was okay but after this dinner fiasco, this wasn’t a good experience and not worthy for another.

This was not my first time dining with Fogo so I had high expectations considering the last visit was outstanding unfortunately, I was not pleased with the service I received this visit.
I dined with coworkers for brunch total of 5.
We did not receive good service, the waiter WAS NOT attentive and did not explain things to everyone, I was very frustrated. He seemed to be irritated and not wanting to be bothered.
They sat two guest behind our table making it difficult to move around and very uncomfortable to get the meat selections.
This is fine dining and I expect to feel valued as a customer whenever I dine here.

I’ve eaten here several times and tonight’s meal was a bit disappointing. Service was spotty, meats I was served were either over or undercooked (asked for medium, given well done or medium rare to rare).

I think I’m done with the Naperville location. Our waiters were great but the gaucho or plan for the food coming out went down. We sat in a corner and I felt like I had to ask for them to come by unless they had the chicken breast. This is an expensive place to be playing cheap games. We had a horrible experience.
