   We felt that the people that pass out the meat were very inconsiderate. We kept asking for well done meat and while we know this does take longer than normal. We noticed that several of the men that came around that we asked for well done were walking around other tables with well done steaks after letting us know they will come back. Same men seen walking around 10 minutes later not coming back to our table. We waited an extremely long time that one of our party guest was no longer hungry. The frustrating part was that they kept saying we will be back but they came back to everyone but our table. We made sure that our cards were facing green and it wasn’t until we asked the waiter to please help us out, that 15 mins later finally another man came with well done piece of steak. I’ve been to other restaurants similar in style and this one had the worst customer service. If you’re gonna charge that much per person, please make the experience enjoyable.

   The service by Brenda was the best we’ve ever had there ! All the gauchos were on point . It was a great experience!

   If you go to eat Picanha Burger and bites, ask to be seated on the Bar area to have a good service.

   The food was not good, all the meats where to salty we could not even enjoy it. The staff took forever to refill our drinks.

   The fact that fogo is more expensive that Texas de Brazil is mind blowing. The meat quality is lower than TDB. The salad bar is absolutely embarrassing they should be ashamed. Had to beg to get lamb chops and filet. We were sat next to the busser station. Overall I will never recommend that you spend money at fogo when you have Texas de Brazil down the street.

   One of my go-to spots for a date night. Delicious food; always on point. Was given the “VIP” valet spot right next to the entrance. I’m pretty sure it’s because I arrived in a Supra lol. Anyways, totally recommend to anyone new to the Orlando area.

    Food was fresh, flavorful, and portions were generous for an all-you-can-eat spot. Unfortunately, service was lacking—no hostess at the podium for quite some time, and we waited despite having a reservation. Disappointed we couldn’t take home a few non-meat leftovers (polenta fries, a bread roll, and a piece of plantain), which were thrown out. Good food, but the experience could’ve been better.
