   Our server Ana was great! The price is too high, non refills on anything but tap water, lemonade, tea. Not the best.

   Overall food was good and service was very good. Only issue was trying to get a specific cut of meat to be brought over to out table. Picana, medium well, was requested from the moment we sat down. We reminded several servers to bring Picana, medium well, throughout the dinner. We didn’t see it until the very last two people were almost done eating … green disk turned to red! Then it was brought out and was very dry, sadly. Fortunately we had a great time socializing among friends and work associates that it didn’t ruin our dinner.

   Hostess was friendly, server was attentive, enjoyed the salad bar and meats that were brought to the table. I feel they began taking our plates before I wanted to finish. I still had the green card facing up but was not considered or even asked. They just took it. But overall it was a Good experience with good food.

   Food and service were good and much better than a poor experience I had with the same chain in Boston. The concept is ok but definitely a pale copy of what the chain proposes and delivers in its originating country of Brazil

   Food is good and our actual server was very nice. However be careful - the first server we encountered asked us if we preferred still or sparkling water. This isn’t an uncommon question so we said still. They brought us an uncapped bottle of Saratoga water and then brought another without asking. And when the bill came we had been charged $8 per bottle. They didn’t mention that there was a charge and didn’t seem to give us a choice so that is why we thought it was just the usual water you get in all restaurants. They are charging $50 for lunch. It seems really underhanded to then try to also rip you off for water. We won’t be back.

   We have dined here and other Fogo locations around the country for about 20 years. Sadly it has changed a lot in the last year. Service was horrible, had to literally flag down waiters the entire night to bring meats, with card green and visible. Had to ask for more water a few times. They didn’t even offer the table served bananas, potatoes, I asked what happened to the bananas, then were told on request, what if someone didn’t know that?! . Reservations were made 3 weeks in advance and waited more than 30 minutes to be seated. Salad bar disaster of a line, things needed refilling.. the list of disappointments goes on…

    Experience was amazing!! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere is so chill. Our waiter, Santiago, was a dream as well. Phenomenal over all!
