   Will not be back. Food and service was horrible and I loooooovvvveeee Brazilian Steakhouses. Upset that so much money was spent on our Anniversary for this date night. Our Waitress was VERY NICE but she had way too many tables to attend to, this caused for slow service and requests not being fulfilled (she was definitely working hard though. They Shouldn’t be responsible for that many tables). We Kept requesting medium well meat, and they kept bringing everything BUT that.

   We eat here regularly for the last two years. Never have I had a bad experience . Today I had lunch with my boys here at Fogo in Plano ,Farah and Mohamed were so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks for the wonderful care given to us.    Service were timely and pleasant. Enjoyed the details that our server, Leo gave us about the experience. Lots of choices from the market bar and the all day happy hour was exceptional.

   This was my first time going to Fogo de Chao in the DFW metroplex. Prior, my usual stop was in Chicago. I was disappointed by the experience. The tables were too close together to navigate easily to the salad bar, and the gauchos with meat were slow to visit. Our table for six was very small and hard to get in & out from the table. Some meat selections were wanted did not ever come by. The bread was delicious. The potatoes were ok, served lukewarm, but cabbage is not a desired choice. No one touched it at our table. I do not plan on returning.

   wait for 30 mins before seating even with the reservation and get there on time. very crowded, hopefully just because the promotion period and not much of the meat selection compare to before.

   Waiter was very good very attentive, meat servers were hard to come by and somewhat overcooked ,one never came back when we ask for medium for medium rare steak...

   It was too noisy, and we had to wait over an hour to get seated. Most of the steaks were also overly salty.

    Not sure what happened to this place, but it’s went downhill. Had a reservation but still waited almost 45 minutes. Most of the meat was tough and lacked flavor. We didn’t see HALF the selection because they weren’t even coming to our table. Won’t be back.
