   Fogo de Chão what’s such a fun experience! The food was fantastic and the service was even better. I would recommend going during lunch time because the prices are significantly better, but if you’re willing to spend a large sum of money for a super fun dinner experience Fogo de Chão is a great place to do so. If you’re looking for a delicious dessert, their Tres Leches cake was fantastic!

   Will not be back again. Our table was literally up against a waiter station, you’d think that’d be close and get great service. This was not the case. Had to deal with wait staff gathering behind my chair and staff trying to squeeze by our table to get through yo other areas. The table across from us all finally moved their chairs so people would stop bumping in to my 90 year old Mother’s chair. They rarely came to the table with meat, I had to change out our plates and wait 20 minutes for a water refill. Considering the cost? Definitely not worth it!!

   It was the day after Valentine's Day, but still Valentine's weekend, so the place was crazy packed. But the service was exquisite! I can hardly remember being taken care of better at any restaurant, than we were here. We had a reservation, but even then, with the amount of traffic they had, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait. So, we went to the bar and got drinks and an appetizer. But in only 20 minutes, we were seated even before the appetizer arrived! So they brought that to us at our table. We went for my birthday, so they gave us a couple complimentary desserts. I highly recommend the cheesecake brulee! The wait staff, the bar staff, and even the manager on the floor went out of their way to make this a most wonderful evening, despite how full they were. Side note: I tried one of their non-alcoholic cocktails and the rum sour was surprisingly good. I definitely recommend it for people who want a zero proof drink.

   It was very busy which is ok and understandable for a Saturday. When we were seated, our server asked us about cocktails, I asked for a Wine List to order a bottle of wine. The young lady said she’d have that right over to me. 10min later she returned saying she’d have that wine list to us right away and apologized for the delay. We went ahead and ordered to full service meats dinner and proceeded to go to the Salad Bar. Once we returned and began eating, the Gauchos were walking through with meats and on many occasions I had to flag them down to bring us some of the meats. Not very attentive! Back to the Wine…our server after about 40 min of being there eating ask if everything was ok and I told her that since we never got our wine list could I preserves just glass of The Prisoner Red and she apologized for the wine list and said she’d get that glass right out to me. Long short of this…after being there almost 90 mins and finishing our dinner, we never received a Wine List nor our glasses of Wine but…the Wine was on my check when it was brought to my table. Our server apologized once again and said “let me remove that Wine off your bill” like she was doing me a favor!? I rarely complain but rather speak with my wallet and patronage and I must say that it will be a long time (if ever) we return or recommend Fogo de Chap - Plano to anyone.

   Corporate put out tons of two top tables in every corner of the place, servers could not handle the load. Our table was forgotten many times, waited 15 mins for a clean plate to start, got the wrong tables check (they had already left)

   The service was terrible. They kept bringing bacon chicken when we specifically asked for ribeyes. When we pointed it out, they said they’d be back in five minutes, but the wait was long, and the service remained extremely slow. We won’t be returning.

   It was day after valentines. Seems like they rented a load of two top tables and stacked them all over the place to sit more people. Service was slow, gauchos could not keep up, once went without contact at the table for 14 minutes. And my drink had run out. Without a doubt fogo de ciao made a bunch of money that day, but the experience was weak

   Always a great place to dine and celebrate birthdays, valentines, etc. both this time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. Walk around and shop after lunch/dinner.
