   We were seated an hour after our reservation. A member of our party ordered a chicken entree. It took more than 25 mins for the entree to be served. By then, he filled up on the salad bar. He was denied a to-go box, even though it was an entree and more than half his chicken remained. To the restaurant’s credit, his dessert was comped.

   Excellent atmosphere, food (meat) and drinks. They need to add more things on the salad bar but apart from that everything was very nice.

   Reservations were running about 30min late. The staff wasn’t communicating very well. The table service was okay. The cost of the dinner is spendy, we should also get good service. I feel like today was okay. We have had better before.

   4 of us went. We didn’t have the best experience. Long wait time for our reservation. Food was not up to usual standard and waited for our check for about 45 minutes after asking 3 times for it

   We always go to this restaurant when we want to celebrate something. Last night was our latest visit. It was crowded since it was a Friday night I suppose. That is fine. We went for the full churasco and that was disappointing. There were only few server going around to offer different types of meat/steak/ bbq. We only had 3 kinds the most. Usually we get more than that. Some of the servers were only going to the table of the larger grp. We just ate what’s available in the “market place” to make the most of our visit and hopefully get our money’s worth.

   We waited 30 minutes past our reservations. Didn't get fed and had to close out with the manager. There was a hair in my drink, and they didn't comp it. I genuinely wish there was another Brazilian Steakhouse option. this place sucks 50% of the time.

   We really enjoyed the food. On the downside, you have to walk to the buffet table, and the tables were so crammed together it was hard to maneuver through the room. The noise level was really loud, so it was difficult to hold conversions. Our server was great. It's very expensive unless you can eat a lot. Parking was tough.

    We had a great time at fogo de chao for my wife's birthday. The service was excellent both delivering the meat and clearing the table. The dessert took longer than expected, and that may have been because we thought we had ordered and had not been speaking to our server. The people created a festive environment amd we enjoyed it. Overall, we would come again for a special occasion. I want to talk about the table location. Our table for six was at the bottom of the stairs at the portland location and the draft from the open door was blowing straight down about 50 feet. My mother in law and 8 year old put on their coats because it was cold. This went on through the last half of our 2 hour meal experience. The problem seemed to be that the front bar could not accommodate the dining parties arriving on a Sunday night between 6 pm and 8:30 to check in and doors were held open. If I come back I will be more specific about a table location request. As a side note, all the windows to the restaurant were covered in plywood. The restaurant looked abandoned as I walked up to open the door. I don't know the reason, but it was not a welcoming exterior.
