   I pointed out that I was celebrating two birthdays and had ordered a cheesecake, with the expectation that it would include a candle, a tradition that had been observed in previous years. Regrettably, this did not occur, and the overall experience was uncharacteristically uninspiring. It's worth noting that the Downtown Location has consistently handled such situations effectively. This year's experience was a departure from the norm. Additionally, I requested a table near the restroom Im expecting, no special arrangements made.

   We had a great experience. We didn’t feel rushed even though we came in about 915. We had plenty of time to eat, and enjoy.

   I always go to Fogo Di Chao in Chicago, first time to the Rosemont location. So disappointed. Service was bad, servers rude, late, took more than 10 mins to bring water, when the meat started to come, they were rushing us at the point that they spills meat juices on 3 of us, in our pants and in the table cloth as well. Mashed potatoes were cold to be eaten and besides all of that, the meat you could tell if was not fresh from the grill, it was all reheated, flavor was bad in some cuts. A bad experience, I would never come back to Fogo di chao Rosemont. Ever.

   The service at this location was incredible. The different meats cooked the way you like and the serving staff remembered how you like the meat cooked. They even offered us a free dessert because we just got married a week ago. I will definitely be back at this location.

   Service was absolutely horrible. Very slow, did not take drink orders. Too concerned about just giving us meat and getting us out.

   I have never been disappointed dinning at Fago De Chao . First time at Rosemont. I must say our young people sometimes get a bad rap. But I can honestly say that , this young service staff was on point. Very attentive, professional. The staff is what made this dinning experience a delight.

   I always enjoy dining at Fogo de Chao, whether it be for the market table (an outstanding value at lunchtime), which many vegetarian friends also enjoy, or the full churrasco experience. Today's meal was truly outstanding, with lamb chops and filet mignon cooked to perfection. They will prepare the meats to any desired doneness. The signature picanha is also always good. The service today at their Rosemont location was outstanding with the expert aid of the general manager Carlos, who is always friendly and helpful, and several very attentive staff. Will be returning soon!

   We had a large party made reservation our full party of 23 showed up on time and we had to wait 1 hour for a table. They barely came around with food, we ordered French fries for our 4 year old and they took 1 hour. A person in our party ordered the seafood platter and they overcooked it twice. Lobster was like leather and crab legs were overcooked. However, our server was absolutely amazing. She made our experience pleasurable.

    We had a reservation for 615 and we’re not seated until 635. wait staff slow in their handling of table. not a lot of variety and meats being brought around and many things on the list we never had the chance to try. When finishing up it took us 30 to 45 minutes to get a dessert menu in another 20 minutes after we ordered dessert. Then we waited another 20 to 30 minutes to get our check. But they were real quick after bringing our check to clear the table taking the tablecloth off the ugly table while my card case was still laying there. This is the second time we have been there in 60 days and service was awful both times. servers kept changing, possibly due to shift changes, but we never knew who was actually waiting on us.
