   I’ve been other Fogo restaurants, but this one was disappointing. Most of the meats were well done, service was slow.

   Still charge a premium but feel much like casual dinning. Meats were tough and only had hand full of selection.

   The service was horrible. The price was higher than at the other Fogo De Chao locations, properly due to being in San Francisco. Food took too long to be served. Requests for specific meats were ignored. Only 30% of the meat variety was offered, which does not make sense for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

   Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we were ignored for an additional 15 minutes. The tables around us were seated after us but were served before us. The staff was rude, and overall, this made the entire experience terrible. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been to this location numerous times and have never been treated this way.

   Loved the experience. Will definitely be back again. The pre carnival celebration was great. I got to try so many different things! Fogo de Chao is becoming my top favorite restaurant!

    It was my 33rd birthday, a spot I’ve been to before for just brunch. I guess because it was busy I couldn’t get the birthday experience but overall I was satisfied with the server attending my party.
