   Very busy, Lobby was terribly full and chaotic. Server had too many tables and server assistant was rude and dismissive.

   Our reservation was at 9:30, we didn’t get seated until 10:50 pm. Our server was only there to take our order and she was gone the whole night. The meat server’s would skip our table. We were there for an hour and only was served meat 4 times. I would not be going back

   Had reservation for 9:15 pm on Valentine’s Day. Only to wait over an hour in the cold to be seated. I understand it was Valentine’s Day and they had a lot on their plate, but this place just seemed chaotic and unorganized. The food left much to be desired as a lot of the cuts of meat came what seemed to be well done or really charred. Overall, this was not the fine dining Valentine’s Day experience I expected I would rate them a honest, 6.7 out of 10.

   Meat was overcooked and unseasoned. Had to ask the waiter multiple times to have the guys come by to offer meat as we’d often get skipped and on top of that waited over an hour when for our table when we had reservations for over a month. Clearly not an establishment that can handle pressure when things get busy. Overall very disappointed with my experience here. Just a little seasoning on the meats would go a long way. The value here was just not it. After coming here for last few years I will not be returning

   We went for Valentine's Day and it is to be expected that on such a busy night that the service might not be as good as on another night. But our experience was not acceptable by any means. We had a 8pm reservation and checked in a few minutes before 8 and didn't get sat until well after 9:30. Again I understand this is a busy night. But if you overbooked so badly that it takes 90mins past a reservation to seat your patrons something is definitely wrong. Had to wait in their outdoor area which luckily had heaters but no seating. 90mins is a long time to stand and wait for a table you had a reservation for. (I felt especially bad for all of the ladies and my wife who wore heels) We were sat in the back and the servers didn't come by with meat very often. And when they did come by the meat was not at a temperature that my wife and I preferred. We asked multiple times to be served medium rare. Sadly the meat didn't improve until very late into our meal when we had already lost our appetite. Then at the end of our meal we were asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu and it took at least 20 minutes before they brought the menu over. Then we waited another 20 for our desert to arrive. Luckily the desert was great and worth the wait (Cheesecake Brûlée) After waiting for the check we didn't leave until after 11:30pm. Very disappointing to say the least. Would have probably had a better experience going to Outback and paid less than half of what this cost us.

   We had a 7:45 reservation and were not seated until an hour and 10 minutes later. They were barely seating the 6:30 reservation slots when we got there. Ridiculous. Aside from that the service was great. Our waiter was amazing and catering to our needs.

   My reservation was for 7:45 p.m. on Valentine’s Day, and they had an issue with overbooking tables. We were not seated until an hour after our scheduled reservation. The food was okay, but I don’t think it’s anything that would have me returning. I got the feeling that this was the type of restaurant for people that like buffets. I don’t fit that demographic. I bit down on salt, nearly breaking a tooth. Overall, for me, it was an experience.

   Our server was fantastic!! Because it was Valentine’s Day, the wait (with a reservation) was crazy. The meats didn’t come around very often and because we were on the patio, at times it was 30 mins before another came around. More heaters somehow…we were in the corner and were quite cold. Our server made it all worth it! He was great!!!!

    Good experience. Overall just wish the waitress would’ve came up to us and asked us for drinks. She only came once, which was in the beginning of sitting us down.
