I was having dinner with my 2 kids and was not attended to by our server. We waited a while for water and the server was attending others while we needed attention. Maybe because I brought my 2 kids with me. Prior time I have been there, service has been excellent.

Overall experience was great, huge shoutout especially to Hailey, Victor, and Kyle! Between the three of them, they were very accommodating, attentive, and had a great attitude the whole time, making our meal very enjoyable.

Had dinner. Food was good as usual for Fogo. Waiter was top notch. For a Thursday it was loud and very hectic. Had a meat server twice drop sliced meat in my lap, which ultimately ruined the shirt I was wearing.

As a usual customer, I am used to Fogo de Chão’s quality food and impeccable service. However, my recent experience wasn’t quite up to par. The cuts of steak were amazing as always, but the pao de queijo was seriously overcooked, and wasn’t served as frequently as usual. The service from my waiter didn’t fare better either. I never received the cut of steak I had specifically requested, and I waited over half an hour to receive the check from him. The host of the restaurant was also quite rude and seemed hesitant to assist me when I tried to pay the bill. One of the waiters made up for it with a free desert, which was amazing, but I fear the direction the restaurant is headed. Hopefully, it was just an off night.

Genuinely upset and disappointed by how my recent reservation was handled. I made a birthday reservation through OpenTable and clearly noted that it was a special celebration. I specifically mentioned the complimentary dessert with a candle, which is something you promote, and I took the extra step of covering the reservation in advance as a gift using my own card — all to make the evening feel thoughtful and memorable. What happened instead was the opposite. My guest’s birthday was completely ignored. They weren’t offered any complimentary dessert or acknowledgment whatsoever, and to make matters worse, they had to pay for their own cake, while other guests around them were receiving birthday desserts for free. It was unfair, it was embarrassing, and it completely defeated the purpose.
