   Excelente servicio y trato de los empleados. La calidad de la comida supera las expectativas y sobre todo las atenciones de Juan, Alexander y el gaucho Frank. Hicieron de mi cena una experiencia maravillosa y unica.

   Customer service leaders always on top of everything. My wife and I treated like kings. Love everything. Buffet , gaucho meats , the cheescake brülee all outstanding flavor.

   I had a reservation and waited almost 1-1/2 hour after my scheduled reservation time to be seated. Confusion reigned at the reception desk. The salad bar buffet was average, and so were the meats that were offered. Service started out OK and then deteriorated as time went by. Found the place way overpriced for what you got. Would avoid it in the future.

   Service from gauchos was very slow in the first 45mins we only saw three meats. And they were woefully undercook. I prefer a medium rare and these were blue.…. Finally had to ask a manager if they had other meats. As we were at the 1.45hr mark lamb, chicken, and pork finally showed up. Would not go back.

    Everything was excellent. We came here for their gluten free raging and it was so worth it. We got so much variety.
