   Service from gauchos was very slow in the first 45mins we only saw three meats. And they were woefully undercook. I prefer a medium rare and these were blue.…. Finally had to ask a manager if they had other meats. As we were at the 1.45hr mark lamb, chicken, and pork finally showed up. Would not go back.

   Beautiful view from me st seats of the condado and Laguna. Salad bar selection is great so I had the salad bar and my husband had the full experience. He was very happy and pleased with the cuts of meats especially nice seasoning Juan one of the manager stop by our table and what a great humble and friendly person. All staff are friendly and my caipirinha are the best

   I am a frequent fogo de chao guest. Unfortunately the experience in Puerto Rico was very different than we are used to in Texas… the meat here was extremely bland as if they were scared to use basic salt and pepper. My wife actually went to the salad bar to find something to dip it in just to make it tolerable. There was a guy next to us on FaceTime for about 30 minutes obnoxious as can be and no waiter said a word… we were told we had to go get our own plates for the churros experience and when I explained to him that the dozens of times we had been there before he said he misunderstood me after very obviously telling me to go get my own plate from the salad bar. The drinks were good. That’s about the only positive I could truly find. Even the Brazilian bread bites they bring out were hard as a rock… we were never offered any of the sides that were to be included with our full churros o experience. Just overall a major let down when we thought going into it we were playing it safer for a good meal on vacation with something we were familiar with.

    Hostesses were extremely nice, both on the way in and on the way out- they offered to take pictures of our group, and took some very nice pictures! On the other hand, while the food was good overall, the buffet was quite “picked through” with several items not available - and weren’t replenished regularly. The “Gauchos” basically make one pass and then you have to chase them down if you want more meat - it almost feels like they are hoping you get tired of waiting and leave. Our waiter was “missing in action” for most of the time we were there. For the price, I would go somewhere else…and definitely won’t go back next time I’m in San Juan.
