   I think it was mostly just missed expectations. I thought this was a medium end Brazilian steakhouse. Instead it felt like a cheap buffet meets Cheesecake Factory noise and crammed dining room. For $200 I would just never go back here compared to the numerous better options right on Scottsdale Rd.

   My party decided to do a overall experience on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, which for the price was not horrible. They had very very limited selection on their salad bar/charcuterie/cheeseboard. The service was kind of slow and the weight staff running around portioning out this the meats were sporadic at best. They lack attention to detail when we were wanting service and when we were done with Service, our side dishes did not come early enough for us to enjoy them along with our meat. Even the table that we befriended next to us, waited a very long time to receive more than one portion of meat. We ordered dessert because it was a member of our party’s birthday and they forgot to take that person‘s dessert off the bill as they stated they would in the beginning that we got a free dessert which wasn’t a big deal as they corrected their error, however, we waited almost 25 minutes to receive our dessert by then we were also full. We couldn’t eat our dessert and we couldn’t take it with us. We then waited 25 minutes more for our check which we had to ask for and then we waited for another 15 minutes for our check to come back after the error was corrected. Well the check was being paid for a member of our party. Went to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were very very dirty toilet paper everywhere toilets not flushed countertops, not wiped down. It just seemed like they were either highly understaffed or poorly prepared for a Saturday afternoon.

   We had reservations for a table, but if we wanted to partake in the special carnival night we had to go outside and eat standing up or sit at the bar. The bar was full with no seats available. (This was not mentioned in the email invitation.) Very disappointed to not be able to sit at a table. Had to get a refund due to constrictions, which took a really time. Very disappointing situation!

   Rachael the manager has the restaurant running just perfectly. Eddie customer service is a great customer service rep. The entire staff has made my husband's birthday a memorable occasion. We were always served everything just to perfection & never had to wait for something. The meats & salad bar is just wonderful. They have made this restaurant a perfect gem.

   The food was delicious. We had to wait for drinks, which arrived during dinner. Most items needed to be refilled at the salad bar. Side dishes also arrived after dinner.

    Thank you for making our double birthday celebration a great experience for two newbies. They thoroughly enjoyed the food, the gauchos, and the dessert and drinks.
