They are not publicizing this on the website which is beyond frustrating for people who plan ahead and want to get drinks before dinner. Simply put it on the website, on Open Table, or be sure to tell people if they call in for reservations.

                                                                                            We loved our evening at this restaurant. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was great! The only suggestion we had was for the papaya dessert to add some fruit pieces to it or at least leave some of the ice cream in its natural form. It was a weird texture. Other than that all was great!

                                                                                            The saving grace was the servers. They were kind. The food was not good at all. No flavor. Lacked varieties in meats. I ended up eating mostly from the salad bar. It is also under renovations. Had we of known, we never would have come here. But aside from that, the food was just not good. We spent nearly $200 on food and soda… regretfully.

                                                                                            Fogo de chao has always been our family’s favorite spot but trying it in phoenix was HORRIBLE compared to the branch in San Diego and Las Vegas. The service wasn’t it either, I wouldn’t recommend to waste your money on overly salty meat & food that has gone bad.

We had a 2:45pm Father’s Day reservation for six at Fogo de Chão, and it was a complete disaster. The place was chaotic, the staff was overwhelmed, and the service was flat-out awful. We waited forever for basic sides like mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and plantains — which we were told would just come automatically (they didn’t). We had to ask multiple servers repeatedly for them, and it still took 45 minutes to get what should’ve been on the table in 10. We got bread once, asked several times for more, and it never came. Drinks were a joke — hard to order and even harder to actually receive. Meanwhile, we were bombarded over and over by staff asking if we were done, even though we had our green cards showing we clearly weren’t. They didn’t have time to serve us properly but somehow had time to harass us to finish eating. No one mentioned a time limit when we booked, and we weren’t sitting around — we were just trying to enjoy a $400+ meal with our family. Several people left hungry. That’s outrageous. We ended up taking dessert to go, and it took 30 minutes to get that and a check. Why the rush to kick us out if you’re not even ready for the next step? I’ve been to Fogo many times, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Rushed, ignored, and completely let down. Not at all worth the money, and definitely not what we expect from a place that’s supposed to be high-end. You ruined our holiday.

The service was terrible. Every year we go for Father's day, this year was horrible. Next year we are not going.

The one item ordered from menu took over an hour and a half to get even after informing staff of missing item for the one person not eating. Once it was delivered it did was not hot or seasoned.
