No one in the front to greet you in the first 5-10 minutes from entering. I sat in a location where the AC is completely blowing so not sure if tables along the west wall of entrance should be there to begin with as I think most people would complain. I was reseated at the bar area which was way better. It took an overall 45 minutes to get served meat, definitely a disappointment for a Fogo chain in terms of service, I was actually surprised a manager did not come to ask how everything went as most chains do but I definitely would not have hesitated to share a few words Besides the lack luster service the meat and salad bar are up to par with expectations.

Fogo de Chao - The Woodlands never fails to please! The food is only matched by the excellent and friendly service. I could go on and on about how much I like this place but I'll just say this is my go to for great food and service with no surprises. It's for that reason I never hesitate to bring guests because I know I won't be embarrassed.

Much of the meat was dry and over cooked, we didn’t have someone coming to ask us if we needed anything as often as I would have liked (had to flag someone down for more drinks). We won’t be back because it wasn’t worth the money.

The addition of a lobster tail to the meal made the dining experience to a “higher level”. Servers provide excellent service until the tables start filling up and the prompt, friendly, attentive service is obviously compromised.
