   We had a large party to celebrate a birthday. Our server checked on us for the majority of the service but would not return with any of our requests (more water, specific cuts of meat, refills on sides, etc.). At the end he asked what dessert we would like for the birthday and said it would be right out. 30 minutes went by and no server came to our table. I went to go find someone and another server approached apologizing that our server went home for the night and he was not notified to take over our table. I find this to be completely unacceptable, especially since as we were leaving the restaurant we saw our server folding napkins in the front.

   If you like having salad bar as your side dish then this is great. I felt it was very average for the cost.

   Everything was good. Just prefer other Brazilian steakhouse salad bar choices better. But the meat was exceptional. Would definitely come back again.

   This was actually my third time dining at this restaurant. This time it was not at all like my experiences the previous time. We had a party of 13 with a reservation. I checked in at 215 which was our reservation time. When we got there the restaurant was not full but it still took between 5-10 mins for us to be seated. The sever came over within a reasonable time and introduced himself and explained the experience but only half the table could hear him. The salad bar was good but when it came to the drinks and the endless meat it was horrible. Our drinks that we ordered from the bar took atleast 30 - 45 minutes to come out. When the servers started to come around with the meats a few servers stopped by and offered meat, but the the servers stopped coming and we would see them just walking past the table and our table happed to be right next to the kitchen where they prepared the meats. After I notified the waiter that no one was coming to the table or the same servers were coming to the table, a few more come around but then they stopped again. It got to the point where we had to request from the waiter or other servers for them to come to our table but yet we are seeing them everywhere else in the restaurant. It was one particular table that they would bypass us every time and go to, to only find out they were employees of the restaurant dining. The well done filler mignon was so dry it couldn’t even be swallowed without water it was like fibers. The chicken thighs came out raw in middle it was not edible. Plenty of people at the table complained that the meat was not seasoned. At the end after all the request and frequent notification to our waiter one person order a cheesecake. The cheesecake took 45 mins to come out to table. People at the table were getting up to leave before the cheesecake came out. The waiter said when we questioned him that he didn’t know what was taking so long he asked them about it twice.

   Coming to Fogo de Chao feels like a treat every time! The last two visits have been a littler underwhelming and over all disappointing. The service has been slow, 30/40 minutes for drinks when ordered at the same time as seating is very poor service. Then had to ask for dessert menu instead of being offered it at the end of the meal. It felt like I was begging them to take my money. Then when desert was ordered it never showed and had it taken to go. They did offer a small discount but honestly making up for poor service couldn’t be bought with a discount.

   The server Hunter’s —Manager was extremely rude and careless for quality assurance. I have been to several Fogo’s for last 25+ years in this region. This was actually the worst hospitality experience due to the manager’s lack of maturity.

   It was a great experience for Veterans day event! The quality of the food, the atmosphere, the drinks, the pricing, and the service were impeccable! I have no complaints. It was one of the best Ideas to dine there that busy holiday night. The only issue may be the valet folks outside of the restaurant were very aggressive in trying to park your car.

   We meet at Fogo across the country with friends from service on Veterans Day every year. Tyson’s Fogo did not disappoint. From the attentive valet to manager support when service and bar staff was in the weeds could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

    Excellent food, steaks cooked to perfection. Best Brazilian steakhouse in this local area. Definitely a must try.
