Had a reservation and was still made to wait 25+ min to get seated, seated right next to kitchen exit door which caused servers carrying meats to walk past our table instead of serve us for the first. We didn’t even get a slice of meat until we’d been sitting for 20 min. 1 water refill all night, no side dishes until we had been at the table for about 45 min. Our direct server changed & the new server came to check on us two times, after that she disappeared into thin air. Asked a random server to bring our check, no check for 15 min, had to ask a manager to bring our check and made sure he understood how our new years night had been going at this establishment. He comped our meals & we only paid for drinks, which was the only saving grace. If you want good service & better food go to the Fogo at the Warf or go to Chimas in Tysons.

Our waiter started out well but then we were left without plates for 10 minutes. He came back to take our order but my date had already told him we wanted the buffet. We waited another 5 minutes for plates and then it literally took another 10 minutes until anyone came to give us food. Food was pretty good, but I won’t be coming back.

We dined on New Year’s Eve and the restaurant was absolutely packed; however, service was fast, friendly and personalized. Definitely grateful for the hard work of everyone who worked that night. Happy New Year!

You need to be hungry to dine here. There is a lot to eat, with the salad bar and the passadores bringing various cuts of meat to your table. The service could have been better. Tables nearby received better service than I did. No one offered me a clean plate, as diners nearby were offered.

Op de bediening valt niets aan te merken, de mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig. Het eten is niet slecht maar het vlees dat je bvb echt lekker vindt komt maar om de zoveel tijd eens voorbij en daar krijg je dan een klein sneetje van. Uiteindelijk hebben wij misschien 100gr vlees gegeten per persoon omdat je tijdens het wachten andere zaken begint te eten. Maar goed daarin zit de winst van het restaurant en het concept natuurlijk.

The whole experience was truly impeccable. Even during such a busy day, Xmas night , whole staff was polite,kind and welcomed us with pleasure and politeness. The food , from the variety of options at the salad bar to the premium stakes , was absolutely delicious. I would totally recommend it to everyone as it can be a highlight of your trip .
