Made a reservation for 8 pm the day after valentines. I got there at 7:15 to have drinks with my wife at the bar and wait for our table. I was told by staff they were too busy and we could not come into therestaurant. We were told to wait outside in a line near the parking lot, and they would call us closer to our 8pm reservation time. ( I have never been to a place where we couldn't at least stand by the bar, have a drink and wait for our table) Once we were allowed in, we were taken to an overcrowded area to sit and have dinner. It looked like they converted a large party area into a muti table crowded dining area. It was so loud in the restaurant that my wife and I couldn't hold a conversation. The food wasn't anything special. The meats were overcooked, dry and fatty. I will say that even though I will not return to the restaurant, the wait staff was amazingly hard working and did a great job. You can tell they we're really trying to accommodate everyone.

Had high hopes of trying this place for the first time. From the moment we sat down, it took an uncomfortably long time for the meats to arrive. When they did, many of the pieces were overly fatty and served mostly rare, which wasn’t to my liking. While there were a few standout cuts that were flavorful, the majority of the meat selection was overly salted, making it hard to enjoy. The salad bar was equally disappointing, with many items, including fruits, being unappetizing and lacking freshness. To add to the frustration, I was charged extra for champagne and shrimp cocktail, which I had assumed were included in the menu. I was never informed otherwise. Overall, it was a lackluster and frustrating experience that fell far short of expectations

Starting with what was good…. 1)The salad bar/buffet was very good; 2)the shrimp cocktail (which was an added cost) was also very good. As far as the rest: 1)Way too crowded! I was expecting it to be busy but the amount of tables in the restaurant was over the top. Barely enough room to maneuver around the restaurant. 2)the meats were way too salty. My wife loves salty food but this was even too much for her. 3)in the 1 hr & 15 mins that we were there, the staff passing out the meat, only came around two times and that was after I told the waitress multiple times that we were waiting. Make sure you get plenty of meats when they do show up to get your money’s worth.

Very nice workers and great food! The line for even when we had a reservation was a bit of a surprise, but then again it was Valentine’s Day and even then they were pretty efficient in keeping the line moving. We didn’t wait much longer.

Busy valentines dinner. We were patient with orders as we understand it’s a holiday. However whenever we waited for meats they would serve the tables next to us and completely walk pass us. This occurred probably about 5-6x I had a soft drink which a server asked if I wanted a refill. He took my cup and never came back. Not sure why we were given signs to indicate if we wanted more meat if no one was actually going to acknowledge us.

Good food except for the cheese bread: it was too soft, hollow inside and completely lacking flavor. Service was the main problem: the waitress we had was never around. We had to wait 20 min to get some things that we'd asked for. We were there for Valentine's, had a 5:30pm reservation, but we still were asked to get at the end of the long line outside, and spent about 15 minutes in the cold. Plus, another 5-10 minutes inside until we finally got called. It was our first time at Fogo de Chao, and I am not sure when I'll be back.

The food and food servers were above average. Red flag for this restaurant started when our reservation was not honored and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes in the cold as the concierge instructed us to wait outside. Finally inside, introducing himself as our table server on table 168, the guy was nowhere in sight after that. We had to call another server/s from other tables to serve us. We thought the restaurant’s ambiance for a Valentine would be more lovely, but they placed tables for two about 8-10 inches apart and we could hear conversations from other table next to us. It was a worse Valentine experience. This restaurant just lost two more customers!
